 + -1 moreThey come out twice a year and this has been going on for several years. I think I had a Winter visit and so I'm due for another one. I bought a system that includes solar panels and it's a large system, so I've let them keep servicing it. I'd give them a top rating. I even called them on a weekend one time when my unit shut down because of ice. They got back to me within a few minutes even on the weekend, to tell me how to start it back up, so I'm very pleased. You don't always get response on a weekend. They're a Lennox dealer and I have a Lennox system.
Description of Work: This was for regular maintenance service.

 + -1 moreThere was no charge for the maintenance checkup. There was no problem with their punctuality. I don't think they could improve the service. They have some good service people there. We had some issues with the Lennox unit after they put it in, but they took care of them.
Description of Work: I had Sanders put in a new system. They were last here do a maintenance thing on my system where the fellow checked my system. It was really a follow up to the installation.

Description of Work: They advertise they clean dryer vents. I had to wait four weeks for an appointment. I explained to them that this was a gas stackable dryer that was right next to the wall and they would need to pull out the unit to do the job. The man that came had a fit said it was impossible to do the job refused to do it very rude and left. I was shocked by his refusal and the company this size refusing to do the job. I would never recommend them. I am glad to have this chance to pass on my bad experience with Sanders Heating and Air Conditioning. Thank you.
