We connected with Devlin that evening and the plumber came Monday morning, evaluated the situation, explained our options, and replaced our hot water heater later that day at a very reasonable rate. John Gentzler came first, however he wasn't comfortable to crawl under the house to repair a water leak. The company sent out another younger and thinner man and he was able to fix our leak.
