Nick found the problem quickly and fixed it. Saw some structural damage and recommended someone Rotor Pat who was able to come that very day to dry everything to see if my water heater would turn back on automatically . Nick was very professional, punctual, and did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend to all.

Rotorooter gave an estimate at the appointed time. I liked that they suggested a brand of heater that would last and was not the most expensive (I shopped around on the web). They arrived on time with two employees to complete the job. The job was done in a bit over half a day. I have used them before and will continue to use them. They always have professional employees and though they are not the cheapest, the job is done correctly and on time.

David discovered the problem quickly, retrieved the part and got it back and installed very quickly.

Drains unclogged, disposal fixed, toilet fixtures replaced with excellent results. 1. Daniel checked the main drain lines in basement and all upstair sink drains; determined problem was isolated to bathtub & shower drains. 2. Disposal had locked, but Daniel reset and now working perfectly. 3. Toilets were leaking, and required more than one flush to empty. Daniel replaced fixtures (flapper valves, fill valve and supply line). Toilets now have powerful flush, no leaks. In addition, called back for a problem that turned out not to be related to repairs, and Daniel fixed, explained clearly what it was (turned out to be a drain line for HVAC), and did not charge me for visit. Set up an appointment online, they got back to me within 20 minutes and the plumbers were at my house 2 hours later. They were exceptionally polite, focused and professional. Had the work done in no time and cleaned up the mess! They answered all my questions and were just really awesome.

It went very well and we were happy that they could come on a holiday weekend. They were very prompt in getting to our home I didn't know what to expect as far as a payment, but was just glad to get the problem repaired. They came out for a free evaluation and told me I had an electrical problem. I called in an electrical and there was no electrical problems the computer board appeared to be bad. The electrical service call cost me $165 and was not even needed. I called back Roto Rooter and they sent a different technician out who told me the tankless hot water heater needed to be replaced but they would only replace it with a tank. They charged me $95 for the return visit even though the visit should have been free of charge. They only told me of the charge at the end of the second visit. Their estimate to replace was $1400. I purchased my own hot water heater and hired another plumber for hundreds less. They say they service tankless hot water heaters but obviously don't know what they are doing.

It was verified that our sewer line was clogged and Adam S. was sent out to our residence. This was on a Sunday afternoon. I don't think we could have found a better plumber. Adam was professional,courteous, informative, and extremely patient as this job turned out to be more than just a quick fix. We were extremely satisfied with Adam and his service and would definitely recommend him to anyone who is in need of a plumbing problem. We were equally satisfied with the price given it was on a Sunday the price was fair and affordable. Extremely pleased with Roto Rooter and Adam S for coming to our rescue!!!

Jean identified the original seal was not removed when we had the toilet replaced recently by a family member.

Dean was great. He explained everything he was doing. He got his equipment, found the septic tank, marked off the location, all in a little overy an hour.

After receiving call that a team was on it's way and travel time would be approx. 45 mins., the time frame was pretty precise and the two men were pleasant, courteous, and keep the area clean. The lead service person, presented the problem and what would be done plus the charge for said service. I was surprised by the price but heard that other companies were even higher. I signed off on the work and they completed the service in record time. A confirmation of the signed service and the charge were emailed to my email address. In the end, my husband and I were happ that we didn't have to wait several days to be able to use our facility. Thanks for quick response.

Dean worked very hard to get drain line opened and tried to look for other areas that may cause a future problem. He gave suggestions for things to do that may help eliminate future backups and was going to discuss with supervisor ways to help with my problem of old drainage lines. He was very professional and cleaned up when completed.
