Dean B. die an excellent job unclogging this pipe for our company. he was very professional and polite. he was prompt and got the job done. he leaves the job site clean and could not ask for a nicer guy to talk to.

I was having problems with my plumbing in my home. The man, De’Shan, was prompt, professional and very helpful. He fixed my problem and gave me very good advice for future problems. I would recommend him and Roto router anytime and to anyone. I am very happy with the results. Excellent company!

It went great! Joe came out within 20 minutes of me calling RotoRooter, and he had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than 45 minutes. Now the tolilet flushes, and the shower drains quickly. And nothing backs up!

He showed up on time and worked in the rain for about 3 hours. Had to go get more tools (no charge) and came back and finished the job. Made suggestions on how to help the problem and is coming back to quote replacement. Real nice guy and a hard worker.

Again yesterday we called Rotorooter for our plumbing needs. They are always quick to respond and each person we interact with is very professional. Usually the service is the same day. Yesterday we just had a leaking valve at the back of the toilet. The serviceman, Jake, did a great job. Even though it was a minor repair, he made sure that the leaking valve was the only problem. I’m glad he did because the line from the toilet to the water line was missing a washer. If he didn’t check this, we would have had another leak. We have used them for minor repairs and major repairs and have always been fantastic. Although they are not the cheapest, they are not the most expensive and are worth every penny. I trust them to do the job correctly. Hire them!

Courteous, helpful, fixed pin hole leak in copper line. Could have more tools to find leaks. Suggest a mositure meter.

Decided to call Roto-Rooter to repair the toilet after seeing and hearing the TV/Radio commercials. It was a good decision. Jean C. was very friendly and courteous. Obvious that he enjoys his job, and he spoke very highly of the company owners and his co-workers. Jean represented Roto-Rooter very well. I will definitely use Roto-Rooter again because of John C. He also repaired the toilet in much less time than it would have taken me.
