Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

We had an emergency situation & our regular plumber was swamped. He recommended Roto-Rooter. David R. promptly arrived. He was friendly and knowledgeable and solved our issue. I would highly recommend David and Roto-Rooter of Anderson, SC. They have gained a new customer.

Roto-Rooter service pros visited my home three times, always quite punctual and thorough. The first technician augered the line so my plumbing was usable again. Because the snake didn't pull any roots or other debris out, and because this has been a recurring problem, the service pro suggested the line be examined with a camera. On the second visit, Dean scoped the line to check for problem spots and discovered several significant root masses in my line, one of which was located underneath the road. He suggested it be cut out with a water jet (to prevent digging into the ground/road) but went above and beyond to contact my local sewer district to see who held the ultimate responsibility for sewer issues underneath a public right-of-way. After a delay due to the sewer district, Dean returned with another service pro for the third visit, using the camera and water jet to remove the roots to the best of their ability. Dean and the entire staff of Roto-Rooter are professional, courteous, and thorough. to auger the line with a snake so my plumbing was at least usable again; (2) to scope

Service Pro, James Arrowood couldn't have been more courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. He got the blockage cleared quickly and then with a camera inspection found the low spot/dips in the pipe that are causing the recurring problem. A project manager will come to the house on Monday to develop a repair plan.

I got a call from there office this morning to confirm I still wanted the work to be done. I also got emails reminding me of the appointment. With in 30 minutes of the call they were here ready to work. I confirm the estimate I had received the week before. I described the best I could the location in the craw space under my house where the work was needed. They (Both Dean B. and Chris W.) were courteous and in a professional manner. They keep me informed to the progress. They also found a leak that already had a puddle of water near my kitchen. So I had that fixed as well. I am attaching before and after pictures.
