Description of Work: I need my house to be repiped On the hot water side . sorry to say I didn't have tne money or credit to have it fix. If I had the money I would like R.R. to do the work.

Description of Work: I want to share in my review that any type of leak or water damage scares me deeply. Probably as much as 'having to need a plumber' does to be honest. I previously hired a company on a recommendation and quickly learned that communicating with me was not one of their 'core' concerns. Shortly after that lesson I learned that doing a 'quality repair' was not high on their list either. The only saving grace to the situation was when they screwed it up (and boy did they) leaving me with 6 inches of standing water, additional broken pipes and the understanding that they had NO CLUE what they were doing was to call Roto rooter to fix their mistakes. Not only was holly in dispatch lovely, receptive, professional and pro active, she was able to send me one of their best techs Jake t. Jake was prompt professional and respectful and able to communicate the issues how he was going to fix it and above all DO IT . I will recommend them to anyone everyone and might just St art stopping people on the street to tell them how thankful I am for their services.

Description of Work: Had a clogged drain and a "phantom" leak. Unclogged the drain, found a leaky toilet, AND figured out what was making the leaking water sound!! It wasn't a leak but a water pipe touching a A/C duct! Problem solved. Thank you, Sherlock.

Description of Work: We had a sewer problem, so we were told. The first trip to determine the problem. Separate fee, $179.00. Second trip was to have a camera look at the pipes to determine where the problem was. That price was $199.00. Finally, the third trip was to actually do the work to correct the problem. That price was $1250.42. After the work was completed, I had to call them back twice. We still had the same initial problem. The second trip, they went under the house and said there was another problem. Mind you we have already paid close to $1628.42. The problem they found this time was a problem they could not fix because of the size of their men. Therefore, if we wanted to correct the problem we had to spend more money. When I questioned the supervisor about the work that was completed and whether it was necessary!! The supervisor got upset with me. He also told me he would speak to his boss about some type of refund!! That had been over two month ago. I still have not heard back from them.

Description of Work: I thought the sewer line was clogged. A plumber came and tried to snake the line but was not able too. A second plumber was sent to use a camera to inspect the line. He found that the line had broken near the tie-in to the sewer main. A 3rd man was sent to give me an estimate to dig up and repair the line. Finally a crew was sent the next day to repair the line. | |I called Roto-Rooter, instead of an "independent" plumber because I knew they had a camera, if needed. I was disappointed the plumber with the snake did not have a camera. I was also disappointed the plumber with the camera could not give me an estimate to have the problem repaired. I feel the multiple trips turned a one-day project into a two-day project. | |I took a day off work hoping I could expedite the process and get it done in one day, that didn't happen. That said, everyone I dealt with was professional and I believe the price was reasonable. It's just inconvenient when the plumbing doesn't work.

Description of Work: Had to re-do the plumbing for the washer. The line was in a tight spot in the crawl space. They did an excellent job and was very professional. I will use them again.
