Description of Work: Da'Shawn was great. We had a plumbing emergency at 8:00pm, and I know that it's tough for plumbers to have to head back to work in the evening. He showed up when he said he'd be here, and quickly got to work. After looking at a leak coming from a previous repair spot in the main water line into the house, he decided to go further than repairing the patch and replaced the whole section of pipe. I'm so thankful that he took the time to fix this the right way, so that another 6 few months down the road we aren't dealing with this for the third time!

+ -1 moreThe plumber was fast, accurate and efficient. He was quite friendly and very responsive to my questions as he worked. He located the clean-out plug in the crawl space, fed the camera/cable through the line to the septic tank, then verified the location with a locating device. He replaced everything as he found it.
Description of Work: The young man brought a drain/sewer camera with television viewer and locator. He went into the crawl space under my house, and threaded the camera from my drain clean-out plug to the septic tank. He then used an electronic locator to find the spot on the ground above the place the drain entered the septic tank, and marked the location. He verified the location using a long probe.

+ -1 moreThis was kind of an easy job. They came in and did what they had to do and that was pretty much all of it. They did fix the back up and since then, I have not had any problems. They were nice when they were here. They did not talk much, but then again they was not here very long. I guess it all worked out o.k.
Description of Work: I had a back up in one of the pipes in the laundry room of my 1900 square foot home so I had it all taken care of by Root Rooter.

+ -1 moreI really liked Roto Rooter, but their pricing was a little bit on the high end for this job. I have used them in the past so this was my second time calling them. I liked the fact that they sent the same man out that they did the first time around. He was very nice and very prepared for his work. After the job was complete, they even called me back and followed up with me. It was great.
Description of Work: I hired Roto Rooter to unclog a few toilets for us. They also went through my entire 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom home and used an augur on my other toilets to make sure they were clear as well.

They came out in one hour to do the work and were very responsible and did a good job. They cleaned up everything very well. They came out twice for this problem until I figured it was cheaper to get rid of the tree.
