Description of Work: Needed to replace a toilet after two calls

Description of Work: I had them replace an old sump pump in my basement. The repairman went to Home Depot, nearby, and bought the new pump. I consider 408.57 extremely high labor for his four hours it took to install the pump, an hour of which was spent purchasing the pump.

Description of Work: They cleaned out the underground drains connected to our downspouts. They were courteous, punctual, and they did what they said they would do for the price they quoted. I will call them in the future for clogged drains.

Description of Work: Replaced the sewage pipe (it was mostly terra cotta) from the sidewalk to the street. (Last year they replaced it from my house to the sidewalk). It took 3-4 days - had to dig up the street, cut the sidewalk, work around water lines (the city didn't come to show where the water lines were), take out the old pipe (in pieces by this point), replace with new PVC, then replace the dirt (huge amounts of it), repave the street and put new concrete on the sidewalk. The guys who did the work were gems - very personable and worked very hard. I felt comfortable around them and they were patient with my questions. They aren't cheap by any stretch of the imagination, but everything else was par excellence.

Description of Work: RR tech was able to find a malfunctioning check valve in the cold water supply to our HWH in a minimum amount of time. Very responsive. Excellent work ethic.

Description of Work: Put in a new septic line. They delayed at first because of buried power lines, but when they came back out they did a good, quick job of it and all seems to be working well.

Description of Work: Accessed pipes through outside wall replaced busted cold supply line pipe stress tested remaining pipes and located a crack in hot supply line. Replaced that section as well.

Description of Work: I called RotoRooter in Greenville, SC this morning and a very friendly lady took my name and summary of my plumbing problem. She indicated that she would call me later today with a time for a plumber to come to the house (same day service). A very nice yung plumber, Jay came on time and inspected two toilets that were leaking water due to faulty flapper valves. He had the part on his truck for one toilet but the second toilet had different innards and needed a different part. He left, secured the part, and installed them in both toilets. He did tell me that if that did not work on the especially troubled toilet that a parts kit would be needed. We have had to call RotoRooter back as the toilet begin to lose water as the new flapper did not work. The lady at dispatch told me that Jay was already on another call and that she would call me back tomorrow morning. I was very satisfied with the service and he did tell me that the new flapper, the most conservative approach, would possibly not work and it did not. So I know that he will get the parts kit and fix it soon. Jay was a good representative for RotoRooter and knows his plumbing.
