They were priced very fair and made sure that there weren’t any hidden charges. They were fast and efficient with their work. The workers weren’t even there a day- and did a cleaner job than you see in 90% of Southern Living show houses. From our first phone call to the excellent job their guys did cleaning up the yard when they were done- everything was up front and no-pressure. Unlike some of the other roofing company's I called. Every time I called Ross he picked up the phone! No answering service or recorder that says "Please leave a message and we'll call you back" That was why I picked them, and I know it was the right choice for me. Description of Work: "I called two other roofers found through Angie's list for roof repair but neither returned my calls. I then found Roofers LLC through another |referral site. They returned my inquiry within an hour and came out the next day to look over the job. It turned out it was more than just a small leak repair. The helped me with the insurance claim for hail and wind damage. Through their efforts I received a new roof and it was installed in a very professional manner in one day. Description of Work: Mr. Medford put a new roof on my home. After a year, my roof leaked and ruined the ceiling in my home. Mr. Medford would never call us back. We had to pay another contractor to repair Mr. Ledfords mess he made. Not only would he not call me back, he tried to tell my agent I owed him money. .
