Ronnie and his assistant, Curtis, arrived about 30 minutes late. Probably due to traffic between Greenville and Central, SC. Once they arrived, they got to work and loaded the trailer with furniture from an apartment bedroom and some furniture from a storage building on the same site. They delivered the contents to two different locations in Greenville (Five Forks). They were very efficient and took great care to wrap the furniture with blankets to prevent scratching. The move took 4.5 hours from the time they arrived until they left the unloading site. However, I was changed for 5.5 hours which must have been for the travel time from their home location to Central. This should have been explained better when Ronnie gave me the estimate. Overall, it was a excellent move and I will use them in the future.;

Ronnie and his team did a great job. They were very efficient and worked well. They showed up on time and work hard. The only suggestion is that he let should let clients know how the payment method preferred so that you'll know! 5 stars across the board.

They were really good about flexibility and short notice like they were able to accommodate me on short notice. They were on time. They worked pretty hard for the time that they were there. I am not sure at the quality of their skill of loading but aside from that, they were good with everything else. They were very responsive. They were professional.

My request for services was very last minute and as such, other better known companies quickly turned me down! Ronnie (business owner) graciously considered my needs, offering to alter his schedule to accommodate me. He treated me with respect and communicated his gratitude on several occasions for using his service. He was pleasant, organized, and professional; and priced very reasonably. The three (3) - man team arrived on time with a nice, roomy truck. They were attentive to my wishes while making a few recommendations based on their past experiences. These were made appropriately while respecting my capability to apply common sense to the process. The movers were friendly and worked very well without supervision. They were efficient and took few to no real and quot;breaksand quot;. I was impressed by their process of wrapping each piece of furniture with padding and plastic wrap to prevent damage. This spoke well to their genuine concern for my belongings and satisfaction. This was all the while moving me from a 3RD FLOOR apartment! I never heard one complaint nor did I witness any type of discouragement or contempt for such a tedious and labor-intensive job. The move went quickly and efficiently. They packed the storage unit to accommodate all of my furniture which was no easy feat! I would give RONNIE'S MOVING SERVICE my highest recommendation. I believe the fact that it's a smaller company equates to a more personal and caring service. I've had other, larger companies to facilitate a move and they weren't quite as careful or considerate. Kudos to a job well done! I will continue to recommend them to anyone seeking relocation services. A+++

Ronnie's men were on time and did a good job. There was actually a problem with us missing a couple of boxes which included all the lids to our cookware and a couple of pots and various other kitchen items. Ronnie was very responsive to our problem and stepped up and paid us for our loss. Because of his professionalism, we would definatly use Ronnie's Moving Service again and refer them to our friends and family. Ronnie went above and beyond to make our moving experience a good one. Job well done.

I wasn t pleased with them because they moved everything too quickly with no care of our belongings. I wouldn t recommend them to anyone who has a lot of fragile things. They just seemed to be in a rush to get things done.
