Description of Work: Had my windows tinted on my new Camry. Did a good job at a fair price. Wait time was longer than they said. I should have just dropped the car off and picked it up later. Tint job has a lifetime guarantee. It's been over a year now and now problems. I would recommend them for window tinting.

Description of Work: Rogers repaired window tinting film which had been damaged during the dealer prep on my new car. Cost of the repair was covered by the car dealer. The work was done on time, and included repair of an area which the dealer had not noticed. I was very satisfied with the work, with the professional attitude of the Rogers staff.

 + -1 moreAlways in a customer first mode, for price, time of appointment, they agreed to perform an equipment substitution on a "stop everything" to do this work for the customer. Customer more than satisfied.
Description of Work: Will pickup vehicles from your location, time permitting depending on the needs of the customer. Case in point - installed rear view camers on F-150 for me.

 + -1 moreDidn't tell me up front about the changes to the current FOB it would make until I showed up to pick it up. Remote keyFOB now doesn't work if autostart has been utilized. Now we have to unlock the car with the key. Really annoying, seeing as how I specifically asked that question beforehand.

 + 0 moreNeeded replacement CD player for OEM unit. Showed me several new models as well as a refurbished unit. Went with the refurbished unit. Very thorough making sure they had all the right parts in stock before starting work. Came back 2 days later for install which was completed ahead of schedule. Salesman showed me how to use all the features and configured the Bluetooth to work with my smartphone. Install was clean and professional. Very happy with whole experience.

 + 0 moreThe van was brought to Rogers the night before the installation date. Steve told me he would call the next day when the van was ready. Steve called. All three rows of seats and head rests looked great and fit perfectly. The workmanship was outstanding.
Description of Work: I wanted leather seats for my Town & Country. Went to Rogers Stereo ( don't let the name fool you ) and Steve helped me. They have a large selection of leather samples as well as mini leather seats. Steve was very through in the specifications and details for the sewing operation. I selected the leather color and ordered. Steve called when the leather was ready for installation.
