+ -1 moreasked for home to be put on social media and was told "Facebook doesn't sell houses". asked for assistance w negotiating offer on home and was told "this could be your only offer" and recd no advice on how to proceed. asked for ideas on how to drive more traffic and was told "I'm not sure, let me get back to you" - then never rec'd any follow up emails would go 24-48 hrs without response and often required a follow up from me before a reply was sent (if it was at all). when I complained about lack of professionalism I was told my expectations were unrealistic. agent removed sign from my yard with no notice instead of honoring 30 day extension which was requested due to great feedback and possible contract the day before. neither did he follow up w buyers agent from showing the prior day despite specific request to do so.
