Description of Work: The hardwood floors they replaced was a very shoddy job. The are already splinters in them, the lock box is still on our front door, it has been there since febuary. If it is not gone by this weekend, my husband is using bolt cutters to get it off our door, as a key to our house is in it. The floor is so patchy looking, not professional at all. When we re do our dining room, we will not use the. Also, once they started putting the sealant down, the head guy told us it would be alright to stay in the house. The next morning, after both of us waking up with major haedaches, the guy that works for them asked me why were were still at the house. He informed me that the stuff they were putting down can kill brain cells. I am reporting the guy to the bbb, because he was the one that said it would be OK to stay here. The stuff made us both sick, and I will never recommend them to anyone.

+ -1 moreThey moved all of the furniture out of the rooms so they could stretch and glue them back down; they did a wonderful job. They were very courteous, helpful, and clean. I would highly recommend them to others because of how professional they were. They specialized in carpet cleaning and did a great job with our little project.
Description of Work: We had 2 rooms of carpet that needed stretched from prior installers that did a poor job, so they stretched it for us. It was approximately 360 square feet of carpet.

+ -1 moreThey didn't need to move any furniture because it was a new house so there was no furniture to remove. There were a few stains like one or two that were not removable but that's it. The carpet is in good shape, they did a good job on the heavy traffic areas. The carpet dried quickly, they were very professional. They came in uniform and had all the equipment when they came out. They were really easy to work with, it took them about hour and a half and the price was very reasonable.
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in the living room with regular stain remover soap.

+ -1 moreTheir prices were very good; I found their coupon in a value pack. We had some stains I wanted removed so I got the deal for three rooms. The stains seemed to be gone but they reappeared several days later. I called them and they hit the stained areas again but we had the same results.
Description of Work: They cleaned 3 rooms of carpet in my home for me.
