I last used them about 2 months ago and I spent about $4900.They gave me excellent service from their customer service to their sales rep. I received all round good quality service. They were prompt and they did everything right on schedule.

I made several trips to the storefront to choose materials, etc. Salespeople were very helpful and patient. The first installation went very well. The 2nd was done when I was not there--the installers came earlier than expected and my husband did not inspect when the job was done. Installers were very neat, quick, and left no mess.
Description of Work: We had cultured marble countertops and shower walls installed in two bathrooms several years apart. The first installation was flawless. The installer was very pleasant and did an excellent job. Five years later and everything still looks new. The second bathroom was done in summer of 2010. I was not at home when the installation occurred and the shower walls extended above the intended level--a minor thing that could have been avoided if I had been supervising. I also noticed several small "bubbles" or blemishes in the surface that did not affect the function of the marble and which most folks would not see--this again was minor. However, last summer I noticed a hairline crack near the faucet in one of the sinks. This sink was rarely used. I called about it and was told that the warranty period had passed but that they could send someone out to repair it for a fee. The flaw is hardly noticeable and so I have not had it repaired; it runs along a molded "lip" on the sink and may be due to inadequate finishing after the sink was removed from the mold. I tend to think that the quality control was not as good on the 2nd job. I would still use them again, but would make sure I inspected everything before the installers left.

Good job.
Description of Work: Non granite composite countertop. Beautiful, to finish laundry room on top of w/d and around sink. They returned for another small job two months later. I had no problem. I would use them again. Better than granite.

Initial contact with Prestige was good. They have a showroom so you can see the product. Everything seemed to be fine until we gave them 50% down. After that scheduling them to do the work became a nightmare. They did provide the name of an external contractor to do some of the work. David Allen did a great job of removing the tub and shower stall. He did such a good job that we continued to contract him to do additional work around the house. Anyway, they continued to push us back in the schedule. We lost at least 3 weeks waiting for them to come over and install the items. Sherry, the person working on the schedule wouldn't return my phone calls. When I was able to contact her she said that 'she was just about to call'! I got so frustrated with her that I asked my wife to deal with her. Overall, the workmen did a good job, the product is very good, the price is okay but dealing with them on the schedule was the most difficult part of the master bath remodelling project. I would not use them again and would not recommend them to any of my friends.
Description of Work: Remove existing whirlpool tub, counter top and shower stall. Install cultured marble whirlpool tub, shower stall and counter top.

Our problem has not been resolved and according the the owner of Prestige Marble, he is NOT and will NOT remove our shower and replace it with a new one. He just wanted to "patch" the problem with a strip of plastic and caulk it. Not only would he not replace our shower, he refuses to even address any of the other areas in our bathroom that need to be repaired because of the water damage that was the cause by improper installation and substandard workmanship by his company. We refused his so called offer to just repair the 5/8 in tall, 1 inch deep gap, 3 sided joint adhesion (when there is not even a third side for the caulk to adhere to) with a piece of plastic and caulk because that IS NOT going to fix the issue. He knows this as well but is just refusing to admit to their wrong doing. I feel that if the first time they came out in October of 2012 and they knew that they were not at fault, they would have removed the caulk and did anything that they possible could have done to prove that they are not at fault, but they did not do anything at all except look at it (with the caulk in) and were gone in less than 10 minutes. It is a shame that a company of this magnitude would turn a blind eye to any of their customers knowing they are clearly at fault. Although we may only contribute a small amount to their enormous financial stability our issues should still be addressed as they would be if we were a million dollar commercial company requesting their assistance with a similar issue. "Mr. Owner" as you shall be called because I do have respect for you, all we are asking from your company is to make us whole again. Is that really so much to ask?
Description of Work: Improperly installed our marble shower and now we have major water damage to our sub flooring, ceramic tile, portion of our vanity cabinetry. There is no lip on the pan where the step up is to get into the shower. There is a gap between 1 shower wall and the pan that is 5/8 of an inch tall and a full 1 inch deep which we have filled this gap with backer rod to help fill the extremely large gap. The first time the owner came out (which was 3 weeks after we had notified him at the first of October of 2012) they did not even remove the caulk so they could visually see the issue. They were there less than 10 minutes and left and called back 24 hours later and said there was nothing they could do about it. My husband asked the owner to come back out the following week and that week went by until he finally called and came the following week. As requested, we had removed the caulk so he could see the issue and wanted to place a plastic strip where the problem areas are and re caulk. He told us that if we were wanting them to rip out the shower and replace it with a new one that was not going to happen. We thanked him for his services and would not allow him to do anything else to our shower. We have had several companies, including a restoration company that our home owners insurance company recommended, to come out and look at the issue and they have all said it was improper installation. They called the work that Prestige Marble had done, substandard workmanship and all agreed that the shower could not be repaired, but that we would have to get a new one. The owner of Prestige Marble is refusing to help us at all with the exception of "patching" our $1155.00 marble shower that had it been installed properly would have lasted us a lifetime. Now we have major water damage to our master bathroom and the "lack of guts" from Prestige Marble to admit they were at fault. We will never purchase anything from them again and will never recommend them to anyone. It should also be noted that the many shower companies that have consulted us on our issue were able to tell us who had installed our shower before we even told them because they have had many complaints on the same type issue and have received the same result as we have......NOTHING!!!

They did what they said they would do in the time frame they had mentioned earlier. They came out in no time once they got the fabrication done. I would refer them based on the type of job; I would refer them only for jobs I have got experience with. When my house was built, they were the contractors for all of the marble work in the bathroom. They did an excellent job. Their price was fair. I will use them again in the future.

The experience was good. The salesman was very knowledgeable and the installation was good as well. I would use them again in the future absolutely.
Description of Work: We bought a marble sink and countertop from them. We also bought a silas stone counter in the kitchen and in the master bath.

They did good work; they were efficient and they could not do anything better. I have not noticed anything that bothered me and they took care of my extra requests without any hassles. The contractors were experienced. They also cleaned up the small messes that they made.
Description of Work: They put in a new counter top and a new sink. They also added more lighting fixtures, put in a new stove, refrigerator and microwave oven. I supplied all of the materials and new appliances.

I thought the people from Prestige Marble did a mighty fine job when installing my new countertops. I have actually hired them on a few different occasions for other installations into homes that I have built. They are a good company, with good workers, and good prices. I am certain I will be doing business with them for some time to come.
