hardwood floor
 + -1 moreJust bad. Paid a lot of money for substandard work.
Description of Work: We had existing hardwood floors refinished and new floors installed in the kitchen and the den. There are very noticeable swirl marks from the sander on all floors, very splotchy polyurethane especially on the stairs and the show molding is bad all the way around. It was hard to get a response from the company to get certain issues rectified and even when they came back out it was below a quality job. This job was done several years ago but prior to using Angie's List. I am hopeful my review now saves someone from using this company and making the same mistake that I did.
