Our technician was clean in his work and did a beautiful job for which I am most pleased. Finally the attention to detail given when the job was complete in showing and reviewing our system is note worthy. We never felt rushed but were well informed on how to use our system and it's features along with our camera system.m
Description of Work: Installed "alarm.com" camera's and door locks with interactive service. Also installed our home security system with two-way voice for clear communication between my family and the command center. Our easy to use touch screen makes all the difference when arming and disarming our security system. The peace of mind I have to pull up via the internet our security system's camera's and monitor our home and its surroundings have been a blessing not to mention checking in our kids while at work to monitor their well being. We purchased a key fob that allows us to arm/disarm our system and also has a panic button should we need help and all via remote control from our driveway.

Description of Work: I think the alarm company makes it almost impossible to use anybody else. It wasn't so much Power House Technologies that I had any problem with, it was the pushy sales woman that fast talked her way into your home & promised you the world until it came time that you really needed her to come through with some of her promises. She then acted like she never said anything to you & NEVER made any promises about Power House Technologies!!! I would stay away from Monotronics, the alarm company associated with Power House!!!

+ -1 moreThey are pretty good. We have been using their service for 2 years. We haven't used them for any kind of break in or anything, but I did set off the fire alarm, because I burnt the chicken, and the police came out. Nothing really stands out.

They gave suggestions on the best places to put things such as the cameras and it worked. The responsiveness has been terrific every time I've called them. I will absolutely continue to use them.

+ -1 moreThe salesman were very knowledgeable and answered and explained everything in detail. The installer was prompt and really explained the unit and all it's functions. The customer service staff has always been very helpful and polite. I am very thankful that I've never needed to see it work because of a break in or anything but I have had several times were I would forget that it was on and the alarm would go and they were right there calling to help out.
