It was great it turns out quick and they reached out to me, they are professional and overall it was good and they are honest.

Scott kept his word, was on time and faithful in attending to the work we asked him to do, exceptionally communicative and informative as to what stage of the project he was in at every step. Rough ins for a new bathroom and kitchen, as well as a new gas tankless water heater were installed. It wasn’t easy, as he had to chip up parts of the concrete slab to lay the lines, then repour concrete over them, which he completed adeptly! He even performed extra services to make sure the job met his standards. He is friendly, kind, helpful, fair, and even went above and beyond by removing a large King snake from the property without harming it. (King snakes kill copperheads and mice.) We plan to have Scott back at work on our project when our flooring is down, to finish up by putting in all the plumbing fixtures.

Platinum Plumbing provided high quality service and care for me. Plumber noted additional problem and provided me with explanation and solution to fix things. I am really pleased with this.
