Description of Work: Hired Pioneer to install replacement exhaust fan sold by Home Depot, Pioneer was recommended by Home Depot. Pioneer called us and came promptly. We agreed on $75 as fee but when it turned out that existing opening was not large enough for new fan, they asked for additional $20 so $95 became the fee. Once they left, it became apparent that fan was not moving any air out of bathroom. Called them and they returned same day and corrected mistake. Fan did not move any air after 24-48 hours and they have not returned my phone calls.
