They ended up replacing my machine, it was quite reasonable. They arrived when they said they would. They removed the old appliance, they were professional and educated me on my new product. The dryer is working out very well.

I spoke with Robert on a Saturday morning, who initially was unable to help within a week because of personnel vacations. So, he referred me to another local repairer, who, it turned out, was unable to help any sooner, which was exceedingly helpful as there are a limited number of companies that service this brand. When I called Phillips Supply back, they coordinated with a technician to came out on the same day. Greg, a second generation employee, arrived within 2 hours, parts in hand, and the repair was done within 3 hours of my initial call. We were very pleased with the professionalism and the above-and-beyond service level.

I called because I have a broken refrigerator, needed someone to barter services, but they don't do that. After talking with Robert for a few minutes he gave me advice on how I might could fix the problem with the frig. I think I can do that! But the best part was the encouragement he gave me, "this time in your life will pass". Meaning, I don't have the money right now, but God is in control and he will provide. Thank you, thank you. That means more than the advice on how to fix the frig. Will definitely call Phillips repair when I can afford to use them!!!!!

I went by to check price on the fridge. I then shopped around and came back to purchase. They were great to work with.

Overall, the experience was excellent, just like always! The technician was on time, showed me what the problem was, explained the pricing (which was more than fair), and then did the work with no problems. He cleaned up afterwards and the professionalism was great. Everything went well!
