 + -1 moreThey installed the A/C unit in March and it went out on us in either June or July I can't remember when it was and we had to call them back out because it was still under warranty. They did fine they fixed the problem. I had estimates from a lot of different companies and their's were really good and I felt that they did a really good job overall.

 + -1 moreTim did a very professional job. Worked with me on price and did an excellent job installing the units. I was concerned about a couple of minor items. Just to be clear, I am an engineer and am not that easy to please. Tim responded promptly and fixed/ adjusted the items that I mentioned to him. Very please with Palmetto Heating and Air and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Service technichian advised that the start-up battery/switch was leaking and would need replaced in the near future after completing inspection of the unit. Cleaned outside condenser unit and replaced the switch. Also balanced the airflow between the first and second floors.

 + -1 moreThey installed 1 heat pump per day so we were never without cooling. Old units were hauled away and total cleanup at the end of the day. Workmen were very professional and stayed with job until completed. They were not the least expensive quote we got but they were certainly not the most expensive. But with the heat pump and air handler combination which came out to 17 SEER units they were surely the most cost effective.
Description of Work: Installed 2 new Trane XR16 Heat pumps and TAM7 air handlers 2.5 ton and 2 ton.

 + -1 moreI am very pleased with the work that was done. The guys from Palmetto are professionals and there work is top quality.
Description of Work: Over the past year I have had trouble with my heat and air and no one could find the problem. I asked the guys at Palmetto if they would check it out and see what they could find. After two days of checking and testing the system they found that the heater coil had several pin holes. With the parts replaced the system is running great.
