They're very responsive, if you have pest control issue in between service, they treat your pest issues at no extra cost. and we have used this company for over 10 years. They do not charge extra for booster treatment every 5 to 7 years, and that's different from other companies that offers the same service

Very professional. On time and very thorough. Walked around the outside of the house and removed every single spider web. Sprayed the inside of my house this time too because I had seen two spiders in the house. Haven't seen one critter since his visit. You can't even see where he spayed, and it never affected my cat or small grandson in any way. Wonderful company. Highly recommend.

I have the same service technician each quarter and he does a very thorough job. I have utilzed their services at three different homes with excellent service. After moving into my current home, I found a number of and quot;palmetto bugsand quot;- they treated the inside of the home and the attic several times until the current bugs and their offspring were elminiated. The manager even came out and inspected my attic to find their source. Very attentive and willing to resolve the issue at no additional cost. Will continue to use their services to ensure a bug free home!

We've never had any problems. We haven't compared their prices. We will be using them again this year.

They emphasized their approach of spraying the exterior to stop bugs before they get in. Since we have a townhouse, this meant that one full side of our place would not be covered. We asked for a paste instead of a spray because of our cats. They said the spray was safe. When I got home, I needed to get out of the house because of the heavy smell and subsequent headache from the spray. I can't believe the cats were happy either. On the positive side, we have not seen any ants or spiders in the house. On the negative side, they treated the garage and we have found several alive and well spiders since that time. We will not use them again.

I am very satisfied with the company overall because the work was done efficiently and the workers that came out were very friendly. I was very pleased with the people that came out. They provided very good service and everything was done on time.
