North Main Building and Design

My husband and I have been trying to buy a property from North Main for over three months. The closing has been delayed twice because the contractor has simply neglected to schedule any work on the site. The property has sat untouched and vacant for weeks at a time, however, the deadline for the closing seems to be of no matter to them. I understand that scheduling is always a difficult task, but the negligence and lack of responsiveness has been overwhelming and stressful, to say the least, for all parties (buyers' agent, mortgage broker, buyers, etc.).

He understood there was a problem from the beginning. Instead of fixing the pitch; he had some of his workers cut an inch off of the support beams. I'm no builder, but I don't believe that was a good idea. When you look at the roof, you can tell it's crooked. I called him repeatedly, sometimes he show up, sometimes not. The gutter he installed was always full of water; since he never came back, had it hire another to attempt to fix it.Supposedly he builds houses. If he can’t figure out a roof for a deck, I would not let him anywhere near your house. He was always very nice, but nice doesn’t cut it. A dry roof with a proper pitch is what I paid for and never received.
