Nine Yards

N INE YARDS is a locally owned & operated business with several crews that provide the Whole Nine Yards of lawn care. John Yarusinsky (owner) put together an affordable, comprehensive maintenance plan, including a fertilization & weed control program; all specific to the needs of our new sod, landscaping, creek, and older areas of our huge yard. Our crew supervisor Mike keeps a close watch on the zoysia sod & bedding plants, especially with all the rain this season! We really appreciate that they notify us immediately when he or the guys spot any concerns. A recent example; Mike noticed that a fungus problem (caused by excess ground saturation) had started in a few areas in the new sod. He brought it to our attention, and John called with suggestions to remedy the problem. They were very prompt to provide treatment (and reasonable!) We have heard about homeowners who have lost much of their lawns to this problem, so we are thankful that our guys are on top of it! The crew knows the best products and schedule for our yard ~ because they know our yard! We have over an acre, with many new landscape beds, mature trees, and a creek in the back yard. That is a lot of mowing, trimming and edging, including steep creek banks. Ben & Chadd always do a superb job keeping these areas looking beautiful! Our plan with Nine Yards is a full 12 month program, including leaf pickup in the fall, and annual trimming of areas as needed. A 12 month plan is proving to be very beneficial for our lawn...and our budget! Knowing we love being outdoors, John & the guys have many suggestions & great ideas for improvements to our back yard. We have discussed future overseeding and aeration with John to improve the health of our existing lawn. It's great to know Nine Yards can take care of all our future landscaping needs. John, Mike and the guys are always good about answering our many questions. They are professional, courteous, and super friendly! They have top of the line equipment, show up on schedule, and take pride in a job well done.
