I put in my description the problem and even talked to someone before they came out about my expectations about the work. So when he came I thought they would do the whole job. They only did the electrical. I have to hire a handy man to complete the job. I feel dooped!!

Courteous and quick response time. They were not able to complete the problem because they do not climb on roofs. Our dryer vent was located on roof and was clogged. Their diagnostic testing was correct.

Mason was very nice and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the issue with my gas dryer. He gave me the cost estimate for replacing the timer. It is a 15+ year dryer so I told him I needed to think about repairing or buying another. He was very understanding did not pressure me in anyway which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company.

My wall oven was acting up. The technician came out as agreed upon & diagnosed the problem as a bad relay in the circuit board. He gave me the cost ~$650 (I donâ t remember the exact price he quoted), I had previously researched new ovens at several stores @ _ $900 - $1000 He then did some research on the spot and found a floor model discounted at another local store for $495. I paid the technician for the service call, ordered the floor model & installed it the next morning. I am very happy with the speed & professionalism demonstrated by this company.
