The repairman was very courteous, asked about the problem with our washing machine, and examined the entire machine. After a thorough exam, he explained the problem and gave us estimate of the cost to repair it. Since the cost was equal to the cost of a new washer, we decided not to repair it. Great job!

I called on Thursday and set up an appointment for Friday afternoon to repair our dryer. I was given a two-hour window, & received a text when the technician was on the way. The technicians were very professional, and completed the job very quickly.
