+ -1 moreMendel did exactly as we asked and as they quoted. The work was done in less than 2 days. We got several estimates and although some were less costly, we went with Mendel because they've been roofing for more than 40 yrs and we had used them before on another, larger home and trusted their work. They cleaned up after and the roof looks great and we are pleased with their performance and professionalism. The shingles are warrantied for 30 yrs and Mendel's labor is warrantied for 2 yrs.
Description of Work: We had 3 layers of old roofing to remove and Mendel removed all layers, put down new felt (the wood base was ok) and new architectural shingles on a 800 sq ft home (they used 17 shingle packs I believe).
