Description of Work: I used Lowe's to buy a refrigerator and a dishwasher. My husband also used them to buy some plumbing supplies.

+ -1 moreAfter returning everything I purchased from another Lowe's. I found Jose that works in the appliances department on Poinsett Hwy. On his day off he came to work two different times so that I could purchase my appliances. The prices were so good that when I went to price match at another company the salesmen actually told me that they couldn't match what the Lowe's on Poinsett was offering (shocking!). Jose and I spent well over 4 hours on his day off picking new appliances. I was overly impressed with the amount of service I received in comparison to the other store. Also, I was disappointed that the other company would rather send me to the competition than meet their prices. Jose, the young kid at Poinsett knows his appliances and has been taught well.
Description of Work: After the worst experience possible with the another Lowe's. I found that the Lowe's on Poinsett Hwy actually does everything they can to ensure their customers are taken care of. I purchased all appliances for a kitchen and also a washer and dryer.
