 + -1 moreInitial response was timely and walk thru of job and discussion was helpful. The promised proposal and estimate was delayed a few days due to the party being out of town. Estimate was detailed and addressed my needs. I choose another firm based on price and Angie's list references.

 + -1 moreHe was a nice young man. You really don't have much contact with them. He was as good as Chris.
Description of Work: I had Ted come in and do all my landscaping and irrigation which was additions to what I already had. I had five head systems and he put in three extra heads. He removed trees, ground stumps, a lot of the real heavy duty work.

Description of Work: I have used this company for several years but my last experience was not satisfactory. Called with problems with timer box. The repairman did not even have fuses with him to retest the box and used fuses we had that were not meant for timer boxes. He replaced other parts and installed new timer box. After we purchased new fuses, we reinstalled old timer box and it worked correctly. In addition, we were told the cost of the new box was $140 less than we were ultimately charged. Some of the work may have been necessary; however, I am dissatisfied with the fact that the repairman should have had the fuses that are used to repair boxes that he works with everyday. This could have solved the problem, and the other work may not have even been necessary.

 + -1 moreI found them to be very knowledgeable, friendly, and they had the ability to make suggestions on alternative ways of using the system and to diagnose problems with the system overall. I thought they were a bit expensive, but I'll pay a bit more for someone that does good work and does what they say they will.
Description of Work: Looks Like Rain repaired my sprinkler system after it was damaged by the city's effort to remove a tree from the right of way adjoining my house.

 + -1 moreWe called Ken Church to request service. He asked questions about our problem and promised to send a crew to our home. The two service guys showed up on time and promptly got to work. At the end of their visit I was asked if I would like for them to run a check on the entire system which they did.
Description of Work: We needed repair work on our existing lawn irrigation system. The leak was repaired.
