This company was awesome. They came when they said they would and the work was excellent. We had hail damage and had the entire roof replaced. I expected to find nails, shingles, etc all over the yard after they left but did not find 1 nail. They covered and hauled off everything but the part that stood out the most was the professionalism Louis and his guys showed. He met the insurance adjuster and took care of everything making it one of the most hassle free experiences I have had with insurance companies. I will definitely use them for any roof repairs in the future.

LEP Roofing handled all of our roofing needs. Worked with our insurance company and helped in selecting the best color of shingles to go with our home. Roof looks great and very please with the work. Our yard was as left in excellent condition. Very professional company and would definitely recommend them should your roof need replacing.

We contacted LEP Roofing for an estimate following the tornadoes in our area. Luis came out immediately and followed up with the estimate. He took pictures, measured and had us a price within 2 days which we turned in to our insurance company. The estimate was so thorough that the insurance company was able to send us the settlement without viewing the damage. The guys showed up with all materials and had then entire job finished in less than a day. All shrubbery was covered and everything was protected to avoid damage to our property. No mess was left behind. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable of their job. I am so pleased with how well the project went and how great our new roof looks. Thank you Luis and the crew!

I called LEP after seeing their truck on the highway and talked with Louis Perez, owner. Louis was at my house for an estimate exactly on time. I was impressed by his timeliness, professionalism, knowledge and frankness. He closely inspected the roof inside and out, described the work and materials required and provided an estimate which I felt was fair. We agreed on a date and time and it happened on that date and within the time agreed. The crew was fast, friendly and the work exceptional. The area was cleaned of all debris before anyone left the job. Getting contractors to arrive on time for estimates or jobs is often a nightmare. Getting cleanup done immediately is also somewhat difficult. Louis Perez and his company LEP were exceptional in all areas of our interactions. We needed a new roof and after meeting with several companies, we knew that LEP roofing was the perfect company. The entire process was explained in detail, pictures were taken to show the progress and within a week we had a beautiful new roof!

The roofing job was completed on time and for the amount that was agreed upon. The contractor and his men did excellent work on the roof and on the following clean up. I would not hesitate to recommend this professionally run and organized company to any of my friends or family; they were that good.

My project was to remove old shingles and replace over the whole roof. I had contacted a few contractors who came out and provided quotes for the job. I was unsatisfied with the quote price and/ or the professionalism of some of the person(s) that visited. I visited the Angie's List website for the first time, I received several contacts from the site after entering my project. Louis from LEP Construction was the first to contact me and he set up an appointment that same evening to come over and provide a quote. Louis was very professional, he didn't try to sell me on warranties, extra work fee's, etc.. After Louis took measurements of the roof, he said that he would provide a quote later that evening. Before leaving Louis asked what he needed to do to earn our business, I told him that I had scheduled a few more quotes for the following day. Louis was very genuine and asked again what he needed to do to earn our business. I told him the price range that I was looking for and he ran a few numbers and was able to offer me the price I was looking for. LEP Construction had an opening to perform the job in just a couple days out. We agreed with Louis on the quote and signed up for LEP to perform the shingle replacement. As promised by Louis, the LEP team came out and started early morning on the roof, I was unsure if they would get the job complete in one day and to my surprise they had the project complete, cleaned up, and gone by 6:00 PM. I highly recommend LEP Construction for your projects!

Luis got back to me in a very timely fashion and came to the house to inspect the work to be done. The job was a complete stripping of the old roof, repair of any water damage found and the installation of a new roof on a 3100 sq. ft. house.and gutter guards. Luis was very professional and personable. He assisted me with all the paper work needed and dealing with my homeowners insurance. His crew was on time, very professional took very good care of protecting the shrubs and property around the house. Clean up at the end of the job was immaculate. Did a great job. The entire job was completed in 2 days. I've lived in this area for 14 yrs. and had other contractors perform work on my property. By far LEP Roofing/Construction was the best. Highly recommend this company.

LEP Construction arrived on time and setup to remove my old roof and add a new Architectural Shingles Life-Time Roof. There method of setting up creates the least amount of mess and lost roofing nails. My roof looked beautiful when they were finished. The job was done quickly and efficiently. Luis Perez from LEP Construction and Roofing did not only an amazing roof job for us, he was instrumental in fighting on our behalf to get the insurance company to reconsider their original claim settlement. Our home had a lot of hail damage, yet the insurance company only wanted to pay to cover minor repairs. I hope that never happens to you. Luis met our insurance claim agent and his roof inspector up on the roof and proved to them that the roof was severely damaged. They in turn agreed to update my claim and paid to cover the cost of a new roof. That paid for my Angie's list subscription for years to come! Thanks to Luis, we now have a new lifetime roof and custom 6" gutters and downspouts. His crews showed up on time and worked on our 2-story steep roof using safety harnesses. They completed things on schedule. I'm a former roofing business owner and retired roofing consultant and I can honestly say that Luis went well above and beyond to cover the nitty gritty application and waterproofing details that turn an Ok roofing job into a great job. Luis was very patient and very thorough and made sure to address any concerns we had about leak prone areas of the roof and installed upgraded components to make it the best roof possible. Having a professional fight for you can make all the difference. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

He was very thorough even met with the appraiser to make sure all of the little details were included in the appraisal. The roof was completed very quickly.

Luis at LEP Roofing contacted us the same day we messaged him through Angie's List. He came to our house immediately to inspect the roof and then came back out a second time to meet with the insurance adjuster. From the beginning of the whole process, Luis was courteous, professional, and provided specific details on what the whole process would look like. Additionally, he dealt directly with the insurance company. In fact, when the insurance company originally gave us a lower payout for the cost to replace the roof, Luis went to battle for us. He dealt directly with the insurance company and the insurance company ended up sending a second check to cover the remaining balance. In the end, the only expense to us was our insurance deductible. We are now the proud owners of an amazing new roof (which just makes our home's curb appeal pop!). LEP Roofing did a stellar job from start to finish. I entered the request on Friday night. The owner contacted me on Saturday morning. He had already brought up my house on Google earth. He asked a few questions about the leak like front/back, left/right etc. so he could determine the area in question in order to ascertain what the issue might be. He said he could be there on Monday. He came Monday, inspected the roof and found that a boot needed replacing. He brought a new boot and installed it immediately. We are very pleased as he responded quickly, came when he said he would and came prepared. UPDATE: (10/3/2019) - After the next rain, I found the the leak was not fixed. I called LEP. They made two appointments to come back and missed both of them. I had to hire another company to fix the leak. I would not recommend this company.
