Description of Work: Tear out and replaced wooden deck with Fiberon Ipe composite decking, with cable railing and lighted posts. Redesigned the layout of the deck which was a big improvement. The materials used, even the the wood framing was top quality. Considered d*** the tear out myself to save money, but was glad later that I didn't. The two gentlemen d*** the work were meticulous about what they were doing. The cable rail was a bit of a challenge for them, and if I had it to do over again would ask that a couple of things be done differently, but overall very pleased with the outcome. We're just going into our second season with this new deck. The project was pricier and took longer than we expected, but did not exceed the estimate we we given. My advice to anyone considering composite is to do your research on available materials then don't hesitate to spend the money.

We do not enter the building envelope. No doors, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, garage shelves, etc. We do not stain wooden decks but are happy to refer. We do not do repair work such as just install handrail or replace damaged boards. We have a job minimum of $15,000.
