Lawn Doctor of Mauldin-Simpsonville-Greenville

The first year I used the service, I was very pleased. I had used Scott's (national chain Scott's) previously, and they were just very unresponsive and I had lots of trouble with them; so the change to Lawn Doctor was a good one, at first. I was please with the service the first year (which was the remainder of that growing season) and then the next year. 2014 was different though - I'm not sure what happened, but there were problems with missed appointments, I sent emails that were not returned, there were scheduling issues (services performed on the wrong day, or I could not tell if a service had actually been performed, when they had said that they were coming on a particular day). When I cancelled service, they were courteous and professional. Maybe they have straightened out the issues that they were having - unfortunately, though, I can not recommend them.

They rarely came and weeds almost took over the flower beds and lawn. We repeatedly called, left messages because nobody ever answered the phone, sent an email to Amy, she never called back. Finally, on August 11, 2014 we called and told them never to come back. There was a woman on the phone, not Amy, and she said she contacted Amy who told her she (Amy) would return the remaining $128 balance back to us. We will see...

they are willing to come out for free, in between scheduled services to treat if there are any weed problems, but despite that, I seem to have an inordinant amount of weeds in my yard. I end up spending my weekends pulling weeds. . .frustrating.

My next door neighbor recommended them. He said they were about as good as the others he had used.

We have only used them for about 4 months now and so far they were doing okay. I have begun to notice a little bit of improvement in the lawn. They always showed up on time and from what I saw they seemed to be doing a thorough job. They came 9 to 10 times a year. My husband dealt with the bill so I didn t know what it was.

He shows up on time and we see good results in the yard. The shrubs are alive that's all that counts. This man was very professional and one time when I was still seeing bugs in the shrubs he came back the next day to re-spray. Things are good now.

Lawn Doctor was very professional and proficient, because they treated my yard for appearance, and they helped to maintain a healthy yard. They treated the trees and the grass, as well as the shrubs in the yard. They recommended regular treatment for the bushes and grass for proper health and maintenance.
