Robert VonBuhler was with me from beginning to end. Everyday. I have never had someone work with me as if I was his mother. I wish this agent on everyone that needs a roof.

Paul got with the insurance company and mortgage company and got them to change some pricing so I could afford to get the roof done. All the other contractors were giving me higher prices and wanted me to pay more than Insurance. Paul told me that Insurance has made a mistake and he fixed it. They did a very good job.

Overall, it was a very well done, the roofers did a great job and cleaned up afterwards; they left no debris or anything left behind. We are happy with how everything was handled. I would recommend Lanier Roofing & Restoration to anyone needing a new roof.

They are putting in a permanent vent in the attic. We had attic fans and I guess that they haven't been working because we didn't even know really until they came and looked at it. So they are going to do something different that will be better. He was deciding what kind of work needed to be done with the representative form the insurance company which was actually independent and he was helpful in conveying to the insurance company that they should pick up this course.

Poorly. Update: I do have to commend the owner, once he saw my review he called me immediatly to talk about my experience. I explained what happened and why I was eager to give negative feedback. In the end, I feel much better about Lanier Roofing; they really do seem to care. In my case, I went with another company and I'm satisfied.

We had damage from a hail storm and they picked up on things we had not noticed. They were very professional and were not trying to over charge the insurance company, we felt some of the other companies we had estimates from were. They were great to work with, very nice, professional and we felt they did an excellent job. We felt our roof which was only 7 years old was put on better this time than the previous company had done. We would definitely use them again. We have been extremely pleased with the time and detail they put into making sure everything was done correctly. They also spent extra time just trying to match up our existing roof because we wanted to have the same color as the original roof. The cost sounds like a lot but the house is fairly large.

And they accomplished this all in one day. The crew arrived at 7am and departed at 7:30pm with the job completed as promised. Not only did they do a very nice job on the roof but they left the premises in neater shape than when they arrived. I was very impressed. I also want to give a "tip of the hat" to salesman Matt Swinford who priced the job as well as scheduled the work.

My representative Robert VanBuhler was the most dedicated and passionate person I have ever know towards his job and to his customers. After checking out three roofing companies, robert was less pushy and more detailed about the work I needed done. on my first appointment with him, he was early, he brought with him everything that I needed to see or read, very mild mannered and respectful, after I made a choice he arranged to have my roof to be repaired in five days. on august 11th the roofing team started the work, they were on time, and finished in a timely manner, I had a doctors appointment when I returned around 3:30 pm I had a beautiful roof, and everything was cleaned up. meantime Robert came by to make sure that everything is going well. Lanier Roofing waited till my roof settle about two weeks and sent the team in to replace my popcorn ceiling. in the middle of repairing the ceiling Mr, VanBuhler came by to make sure everything was going well. the ceiling team did a outstanding job, I could not believe I was having all of this work done and didn't have problems, that never happened to me before. After all my work was finished the owner Lanier company Mr, Jerry Lanier came by my home and inspected all the work. I had a great experience and would recommend Lanier Roofing and Restoration to everyone that need a new roof.

The crew was here early in the morning at the time they committed to , supplies were delivered on time, and they finished the job that same day. The job supervisor monitored the work throughout the day. Best pricing (I had 3 quotes). I highly recommend Lanier Roofing.

Contract was signed and start date established for one week later. Materials and dumpster delivered 3 days before start of job. Crew showed up on scheduled date at about 6:30 AM. Old roof was off about 10:30 - 11:00 AM. New roof installed, work area cleaned up, tools and equipment loaded in to truck and crew departed about 8:30 PM. Next morning Lanier foreman performed a "nail sweep" of yard with a magnetic broom and quality inspection of roof and work area. Next day more nails were found in lawn by homeowner (normal and expected). I called Lanier and within a few hours and the foreman was back for another sweep of the lawn. Approximately a week later the sales rep hand delivered the invoice and inquired as to questions and satisfaction. The real test came about a week later where there was a thunderstorm with wind and heavy rain. Still have all my shingles and no leaks!! Good job guys. The job was done as scheduled, no delays, materials as requested, no shortages or batch mismatches. Care of property and shrubs was as expected. Crew was polite and professional. I have no complaints.

They seemed to do a good job. They did a good job cleaning up. The owner was good with keeping in touch with me. I would use them again.

It went great !! The sales rep's response was rapid and he was very knowledgeable about the materials and the job to be performed. He answered all of my questions and his top priority was my satisfaction and getting the job done in a timely manner.The crew came out the day scheduled and had the old roof removed in an amazing time period. They even provided a dumpster so that all the old material could be put in to keep from having debris piled in the yard. They went around the yard after the roof was installed and made sure all the nails were gotten up with a magnet. . I was kept informed of all the progress and all of my questions were answered. I was very impressed by the service by this company and would recommend them to anyone and would definately use them again in the future!!

Representatives of the firm met with us, viewed the work to be done, provided us with an estimate and showed us samples of shingles so we couls select a color. After a one day rain delay, their crew showed up as scheduled and spent a day and a half removing the old roofing materials and re-covering the roof. A major concern to us was that our lot had been very expensively landscaped, and there were many delicate plants very close to the house. The roofers did an excellent job of protecting the landscaping - even erecting a scaffold over one Japanese Maple. I'd definitely recommend this company.

In April, we had a huge hail storm that seemed to hover over our house and did damage to our roof, siding, underpinning, guttering, as well as lesser damage to a couple of other buildings and some windows and a door. Lanier was one of the roofers that came out and gave us an estimate and Paul was here when the insurance adjustor arrived.He walked around with us, pointing things out and was very helpful since we had never been through anything like this. We decided to upgrade our shingles and he helped us do that and helped with the siding since we decided to change the color. The roofers came out within a few days and did an excellent job replacing the shingles and cleaning up afterward. We were very pleased with the work they did, and the subcontractors who installed the siding, underpinning, & guttering, and replaced our back door and several windows . All the work was completed a couple of days ago with the installation of the awning over our back door (I love it!). I would highly recommed Lanier Roofing and Restoration. We are very pleased with them and the work they did for us.

Following a severe hailstorm in our area, a representative from Lanier Roofing (Walker Baldwin) accompanied our insurance adjuster onto our roof to check for damage. The adjuster quickly agreed that there was major damage to the roof and that a replacement was necessary. We received estimates from other roofing contractors working in our area, but our prior work with Walker convinced us that Lanier was the company of choice. We didn't go wrong. The job was done quickly and professionally, and Walker took care of all of the paperwork and details that the insurance company required. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome. Our home was hit by a massive hail storm in Huddleston, Virginia. Walker came out from Lanier Roofing and Restoration to inspect the damages. He then met with the insurance adjuster that verified the damage from the hail storm. The company was so reputable that the adjuster trusted Walker to write up the report on all of the damages including a full roof replacement, gutter replacement, fascia replacement, re-screening of the porch, 8 screens, painting on most of the house, and even damage to our hot tub cover and some other personal property. All of the work was completed in a timely manner and was done to perfection. They did a full roof replacement in one day and then proceeded with the rest of the work which was done within the next week. They protected all of the shrubs and flowers around our house and did an excellent job cleaning up all of the debris and nails. I was very pleased with the results and would recommend Lanier to everyone.

Our home was hit by a massive hailstorm of the magnitude that totaled my convertible. Our roof, siding, etc., did not look that bad, but a representative from Lanier that I had look at the roof, (Walker), suggested that I contact the insurance company. Once the insurance company got here, it was only minutes before he agreed. Lanier roofing was prompt, professional, and cost effective. They took my old roof off and replaced it with new within one day. When they were finished, you could not tell they had even been here, except for the new roof. The professionalism and courtesy of the staff, from Walker, through his foremen and his roofing crew were outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone with damage to their home. The job went off without a hitch! First my roof was removed and the paper under the shingles was repaced. The company fixed some wet deck boards and then replaced my barrier. Next the new roofing was installed and the dumpster with trash was hauled off the next day. Great Job.

We had discussed having the roof replaced for a while. The hail storms last year and the year prior took a toll on our 25 year old roof. Eric Desjardins was extremly professional and walked us through the whole process of replacement. Once we decided to have it scheduled with them, he was prompt with offering us the options of color of shingles and had a quote for the skylight, all which was very reasonable. They even upgraded us from a 3 tab shingle to an architectural for no extra cost! As far as the day of install, it went amazingly well! Very clean and had a great crew working. The project manager, Herman, was very personable. Eric had great follow through and came to see how things were working out during install, and the day after, to ensure I was satisfied with the work. I have referred Eric to my daughter and Lanier Roofing will be installing her new roof next week. Great job guys!

Lanier replaced my roof for about $1,000 less than other quotes and less than the insurance estimate. Called them and they completed the job a week after I selected them. Excellent workmanship and very good to work with. No damage to the gutters or things around the house. Very pleased overall and would recommend them without hesitation.

The work was done fast, professionally, and when they said they would do it. My wife could not believe they were already done when she got home from work. They cleaned up everything and made sure there were no nails on the ground, so that my kids would not get stuck by one. I was very impressed with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone else looking to replace or have a roof put on!
