The owner of the company, Jerry, is very likely the most genuine person you'll ever meet. Job was accurately described, honest opinions and ideas were exchanged, timeline was met, and quality work was completed. What little follow-up had to be addressed, Jerry himself came out to the house to inspect to ensure things were carried out properly. Don't hesitate to use Lanier Roofing for any potential work...A+ in my book.

The work was don well and on time. Not a scrap of material was left behind and they were careful not to drive over our ceptic tank.

LANIER ROOFING Great roof at a great price! Doug Keel and Jerry Lanier were very prompt, professional and clear in their communications. Excellent service. We give them the highest recommendation. Service was great, they were the best priced and most knowledgeable providers I could find in the area. They came highly recommended by many in the business. I set up the replacement with Doug Keel, picked out my shingles and they had a contract over to my email within 24 hours. They were able to complete the work within a week. I went to work on the day of service and came home to a new roof. Other than the look of the roof, you couldn't tell that a crew had been there. My yard was spotless. I am a few weeks in with the new roof and it has weathered a few storms flawlessly. Also, my skylights which were once a problem cease to leak. Overall they did a great job and I am more than pleased by the amazing quality I got at a great price. Thanks Doug and Jerry!!

Micah and his team at Lanier could not have possibly been more efficient. Like I said, within a week of the adjustor's visit I had a build date for my roof and in just over a week I had a new roof. Micah was on time for every appointment and he was so helpful and easy to talk to. I don't know much about home repair, and I have just begun to dabble in DIY projects at home. To say I am a novice is an understatement. I am sure I asked a lot of questions that may have seemed silly to an experience professional such as Micah but he never, ever made me feel like I was asking a stupid question. He explained the process thoroughly and answered every question I posed in the most detailed manner possible without talking over my head as some professionals tend to do. The claim process would have been way more cumbersome without his help. The meeting with the adjustor would have been considerably less pleasant without his help. Should I ever find myself in the position where I need repairs again Lanier Roofing will be my absolute first phone call.

Our roof is only a few years old, but the company that installed it has gone out of business. So when our roof started leaking we looked on Angie's list to find someone who could fix it. Doug from Lanier roofing called us back and came out to give us an estimate the very same day we initially called. He told us that they have an $850 minimum for jobs so most likely the work would be cheaper than that, but he was still willing to give us an estimate. He spent time in our attic and outside inspecting the roof. Told us what he suspected the problem was and that it would be much less than the $850 minimum they require. So although we did not use their services because the job was too small, we were impressed with their customer service and would consider them in the future. Doug even called us back later to mention one other possibility that might be causing the leak. We were impressed that he did this even though he knew we wouldn't be using their company this time.

The roof was leaking through the exhaust fan vent in the upstairs bathroom of one of our rental houses. We were not able to locate the roofer that replaced the roof two years ago. We found Lanier Roofing on Angie's List. Jerry Lanier came out and said he would reseal around all the pipes for $100 and that it may stop the leak. He had to leave to purchase the sealant and so we also left and asked him to send us a receipt for the check we gave him. We never received the receipt. After a few weeks, the leak reappeared. After many calls to his office, he finally returned my calls and came back out to look at the roof again. He did show up on time and apologized for not getting in touch with me sooner. We understand that roofers are busy this time of year and that it wasn't a big roof replacement job but we have no patience for calls not being returned. I asked him to bring my $100 receipt for my business records, which he did. After inspecting the roof again, he said we could try replacing the caps on the pipes and that our HVAC person would have to do that. So we had that work done by our HVAC company, which was another expense. After the first significant downpour, the roof was leaking again through the bathroom exhaust fan. When I called Lanier Roofing on a Thursday, the woman told me that he was out of town until Tuesday but she would have their project manager call me that day. He never called and neither did she to explain why. We called another roofing company on Angie's List on Friday and they said they could send someone out to look at it on Tuesday. While on the way to meet the other company, on Tuesday, Jerry Lanier called. Of course he was apologetic again that no one contacted me as I was told they would. I told him we were going to take the exhaust fan down ourselves and look at it and that we would get back with him. So the 2nd roofing company, that we called from Angie's List, was on time to meet us that morning. He proceeded to go up on the roof and immediately saw the problem. He came right down, drew a picture and explained to us what the roofer had done incorrectly when he replaced the roof two years ago and continued to explain why it was leaking through the exhaust vent. He said it was a common problem and very easy to repair. While Jerry Lanier can be very polite and friendly, we feel his company needs to work on customer service. Also, we wonder why he didn't diagnose the problem as quickly as the 2nd company that looked at it.

Great, recommend. Provided reasonable quote ahead of schedule. If we can't fix ourselves, we will call them back.

They were good. They were quick. Overall, the job was pretty good. Their responsiveness was good.

The work was done as quickly as possible without being hasty or sloppy. The workers were professional and courteous. They cleaned up at the end of each day's work and espcially at the end of the job, making sure all nails and debris were eliminated from the driveway and yards. The entire job was well supervised.

They were very punctual and professional in providing us with an estimate. I would give them a chance to quote on any roofing work in the future. The only thing I questioned in considering their quote is that they were not able to tell me exactly what the problem was. They provided several "maybe it is this" options. The solution was going to be to redo the section of roof where the leak was occurring.

Doug Williams was personable, honest and extremely helpful from estimate to actual repair. He even came back out to our home to install an addition rain gutter. Crew was incredibly efficient and entire roof was removed and replaced in one day.

Matt and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. For starters, they were instrumental in helping us get the new roof. They provided documentation to our insurance adjuster to reopen our claim and subsequently get the new roof . Matt came out, once we had the green light from the insurance company, to go over the various types of materials we might be interested in. He was very knowledgeable about the products/warranties and the installation process. Once we decided what we wanted, he called in the order and had it delivered and installed in no time. He even came back to the house prior to the job starting to make sure the distribution company had delivered exactly what he ordered so there would be no issues for the job stating as scheduled. He communicated very clearly what our expectations should be and them some. He was on the job sight the entire time overseeing the process. He made sure our swimming pool was covered to minimize the debris and also took great care to protect my hostas that were coming up in the pathway (which is a task in itself). He and his crew were very thorough in the clean up too. I can't tell you how many times, during the day, Matt or another crew memeber was wheeling the magnetic picker upper through the yard to minimize any nails that maybe left behind. The project was almost 6 weeks ago and we have been doing a lot of yard work and I may have come across one nail. They did a wonderful job and would highly recommend Lanier Roofing.

It went very well. I called Jerry Tuesday and he came over Wed. I was unsure if the problem we were having was a roof issue or an upstairs plumbing issue. Jerry was very thorough and took his time. He was professional and detailed without over talking or taking up my time. While checking on the problem I called about, he re-chaulked a couple exposed spots he happened to notice on my roof and did not charge me for that. He was honest in letting me know that the problem was not a roofing problem and therefore, did not charge me. Jerry was very professional in service and appearance. Seems like an outstanding company and a trustworthy owner. I am certainly glad to have found his business and I'm glad to know I have a roofer I can trust! I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Lanier Roofing.

I had a 30 year old roof that leaked in several places. The salesman, Doug, was on site within a couple days of my initial call to inspect the roof. He got up on the roof and checked for hail or storm damage (there was none). He then reviewed the condition of the roof with me. Doug was informed, professional and courteous. I received a quote via email that night. I signed the contract, and the roof was installed four days later. Installation was done in one day ( that is typical of other companies I have watched install my neighbors' roof's). I was not home during the installation, only stopping by briefly at lunch time. Therefore, one nice service was the presence of a site manager supervising the work. Site clean up was fine. My fascia was too old and warped for the immediate installation of the drip edge. Doug assured me that they would come back to install it after I had the fascia replaced, or have that contractor do it, at no additional charge. I have a different contractor replacing the fascia right now, and he is putting up the drip edge as he goes along. No additional charge to me. My only, minor, complaint is the color sample board. The browns and blacks are well represented, but the other colors are much smaller, maybe only 20% as big. I guess the other colors don't sell very well. I was looking for a light gray, and picked the lightest gray they had (Silver Birch). When I saw the roof being installed, I was thrilled with the color, although it looks nothing like the sample. The sample was darker. I like the roof and it's color, It is exactly what I expected.

Was very prompt and helpful with his advice. Said the roof was a 30 year shingle and about 10 years old. The roof had been repaired at one time, possibly because of tree limb damage. Recommended the roof be swept and gutters cleaned and, possibly some type of gutter guard installed. The lot has many trees. Said the flashings were in good shape and found no reason the roof should be a problem in buying this house. A very pleasant person.

Excellent customer service and very thorough

Matt, Carlos and his entire crew were great. We had significant roof damage from a hail storm and Lanier Roofing did the repair. Not only did they go over every detail and explain the entire process, but Matt supervised the entire repair. They gave us a good price and did excellent work. They also installed gutter guards that can't even be seen from the ground at a great price. A lot of my neighbors have used them and I can certainly see why. I would reccomend them to anyone.

Extremely professional from the quote to the finish. Doug got on the roof to inspect before quoting, returned to meet with insurance adjuster, returned to bring shingle color samples, then returned again to kickoff the job when the installation crew arrived. I was there on installation day: I witnessed no foul language, no loud music, no smoking, no questionable activities of any kind. All were very professional, respectful, and courteous. A great cleanup job was performed at the end of the day. I myself got up onto the roof areas that I could reach to inspect upon completion. The crew chief as well as the owner returned to inspect the job. An unexpectedly pleasant experience overall.

Made contact with Jerry Lanier through Angie's list Sunday afternoon. Jerry responded the next day. I found him to be very cordial, professional and specific. Jerry was most helpful in evaluating options and actual need. He responded with the estimate the next day and crew arrived the following day and completed project. We were most impressed with Jerry and his crew of roofers (2). From my experience I would highly recommend Lanier roofing and will call them first on any future maintenance or roofing needs.

Matt and his crew did a great job! Matt was professional and personal. Everything happened as he said it would. He even walked around our house with a bag to make sure no debris was left over. I strongly recommend Matt and Lanier for your next roof!

He explained everything to us and we were extremely satisfied with the work that they did. They did a fantastic job. He handled our insurance fantastically. That was really impressive for us.

Paul from Lanier Roofing and Restoration came out and took care of locating and having his team repair our roof. Paul was extremely professional and thorough in explaining the source and cause of our leak. His team came out promptly to take care of the leak and we haven't had any problems since. Also, we have been approached by numerous roofing "insurance" professionals that told us how horribly damaged our roof is from hail damage only to be declined a claim by our insurance company. I had not shared this will Paul and I asked Paul to evaluate the roof while he was up there to let me know if there was any hail damage. I must declare that Paul and Lanier Roofing and Restoration are the most honest roofers that I have ever met. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I planed to contract 3 companies for estimates, all highly rated on Angies List. one company went to voice mail and asked me to leave a message, however their voice mail was full. Too bad not a good start. The second company's phone was answered by the owner who seemed real nice. said they were the best, and that I would be contacted within a day or so. They called back four days later, by then I had already scheduled Lanier Roofing to do the Job. I called Lanier Roofing the same day, My Lanier was friendly and helpful, said I would be contacted the next day by a salesman. Early the next day Robert Montgomery called made an appointment and before that time called to say he would be 30 minutes late. Robert was prompt, professional, courteous, and friendly. we discussed the job he took his measurements got my e-mail address, said I would have a quote by the end of the day, which I did. Robert called back 2 days later to follow up and I told him I was still waiting on the other roofing company, and would let him know by the end of the week. NO ONE ELSE CALLED BACK. so I called Robert and scheduled the job for the following week. Robert called early on Monday because of weather wouldn't be done Mon. The same on Tuesday. However the Rain didn't happen and the crew showed up in the early afternoon. The crew consisted of 7 Latinos and a foreman. The crew didn't need a foreman. I was very impressed with the whole operation. They stripped to the plywood , replaced 2 pieces of plywood, new felt paper and shingles in about four hours. The crew chatted and laughed as they worked. They were basically self directed, In spite of the weather delays, I found Lenier Roofing to be a great choice, and though I only had the one quote. I would not hesitate to use them again, and would recommend them highly. They wanted my business and they acted like it. They left my house clean and neat, and made several passes with magnets to get nails and while the crew was finishing they were scanning the ground for nails.They did use tarps and yes I have found a few nails, But that is to be expected. I'll give the company a big A. since then Robert has called to follow up with me. and Mr. Lanier sent us a nice card to thank us for our business. Like I said, they wanted our business and "THEY ACTED LIKE IT". PROFESSIONAL TOP TO BOTTOM.
