Description of Work: Lanier does nice work. Our rental home roof was the cause of some leaks during heavy rain. I knew roof was in sad shape, they recommended to my wife a new roof. Price was pretty good. They came a day later than originally planned, due to extreme cold temps out. There was a little bit of a language barrier talking to crew about a couple things I had concerns or questions about. In the end though, they fixed the one thing I didn't like and everything else was top notch job. Would use them again in the future without hesitating. If you can pay with cash or check, that is better, they will charge a 3% fee for credit card.

Description of Work: Replaced the roof due to hail damage. Matt Swinford was our salesperson and primary contact throughout the process. Went well with Matt playing a key role. Don't believe it would have gone as well without his efforts. The price I paid was the same as the insurance company reimbursement so I can't comment on their price competitiveness. One the best things Matt did was to recommend and facilitate the use of a painter to repair internal damage caused by our leaky roof. The painter was outstanding!(Jason Russo 864-380-1851). Would definitely recommend Lanier and Matt as a team.

Description of Work: Doug Williams and crew did a superb job installing a new roof for me. These are good, professional, trustworthy people and know what they're doing. I am extremely pleased with the work and while they were installing my new roof, I had neighbors that came over to get them to give estimates on their homes also.

Description of Work: Matt and David scheduled a visit to our home the day after calling Lanier, following 2 days of heavy rain which resulting in several leaks in our porch roof. They spent hours inspecting the roof and examining the asphalt tiles to determine where the leaks were originating. Although Lanier did not build our original porch add-on, they repaired the weak areas with silicone and spent hours reinforcing potential future trouble spots, such as rusting nails protruding through the roof, loose tiles, improper sealing of original roof to new roof, and generally slipshod previous work. They departed several hours later, leaving us with total peace of mind and a sense of professionalism that we haven't experienced in this area since moving here 10 years ago. If we need to repair/replace our roof in the future, Lanier will definitely be the company we call.

Description of Work: We were very pleased with the professionalism of getting the estimate and the date set.It was done on time and we were happy that they used tarps on our yard to keep the nails out.The cleanup was thorough afterwards.We would recommend to our friends and family.They also asked for thier pay only after job was complete and we were satisfied.

Description of Work: We have had problems with our roof leaking at the fireplace and have had 4 companies out to look at the issue. Lanier (Paul) was timely, thorough and effective. We had a hard rain yesterday and no leaks!! The estimate was reasonable and the work was performed as scheduled. They were great to work with and we recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Lanier did a fantastic job of reroofing my home. Even though they ran into some pipe problems, they did not charge more. They came on time, and completed the job in one day. The outside of the house was thoroughly cleaned/picked up. Several people remarked on how clean of a job they did.

He explained how they would protect our landscaping and patio as well as their clean up process. The crew were polite and the project manager made sure they delivered on their promise. Description of Work: The company did a wonderful job on my roof,I could not be more pleased than I am.They did the job in a day and few hours the next morning.I had been praying on getting a new roof for about three months .A few weeks ago someone from the company came to my home to talk about putting on a new roof . Last year we had a hail and heavy rain storm to come though our area and I did not realize I had received so much damage from it but when Doug Williams came to my home to look at the roof he could see the damaged areas. So I contracted my homeowner ins. and they came out and we got an estimate and I was able to get the roof replaced. Thanks to State farm for there fast response .. Thank you Lanier Roofing for providing good service ...I also have heared from my neighbors, they are having roofs put on by Lanier Roofing ....GREAT COMPANY and you can not go wrong with them......
