We found Lana haphazardly -- we had some questions for a realtor, and at 10:00am she was the only one to promptly answer her phone. We got very lucky. Lana is a native of the Greenville area and she knows the properties and neighborhoods well. She is tactful but honest in providing her opinions about living in this area and about the amenities and reputations of various neighborhoods. This was our first home purchase, and Lana was extremely patient with our numerous questions. She provided a lot of information and guidance so that we clearly understood the buying process. Lana worked tirelessly on our behalf to help us find something we'd like -- we actually made offers on two other houses before buying our current home. Lana was prompt returning phone calls and emails, made recommendations for service people (inspector, repairs, etc.), and pushed sellers and their realtors to get back to us in a timely fashion when negotiating. She gave us great tips about deciding how much to pay and was honest and informative about how the process works from the buyer and seller sides. Lana researched comps o the houses we were interested in, sent us several property lists, and arranged walk-throughs of about 10 different homes. We called her in the evening, and she had the homes available to view the next morning. We took Lana's recommendations about which home inspector, lender, and lawyers to use, and we were very pleased with all of their services Lana is friendly, efficient, professional, and very good at her job. We have already recommended her to neighbors who are house hunting.
