Description of Work: Eric was a professional and did a very thorough home inspection for us as the seller knowing I wanted to fix all things he could locate since we had not lived in the home. His report after and rapport during the process was excellent and he took great clear pictures showing the issues. He was also a gentleman and scholar to my wife and i who were there during the entire inspection, very friendly and courteous even to our puppy.

Description of Work: Eric and his colleague were punctual, extremely polite, instructive, and delivered a high quality report. My total price (for inspection of a large home) included an Angie's List discount and military discount (in honor of my service to the country). If I ever need another home and radon inspection I will be using his service again!!!
