Description of Work: Had a leak in the ceiling over our kitchen. We thought it was the water lines in the ceiling, but it turned out to be from a toilet in a bathroom directly above the kitchen. The provider had to cut a hole in our ceiling to drain all the water. He then determined it was actually from the toilet running down a water line. It was fixed but expensive. He noted we should replace two bolts in each of our three toilets holding the back water tank onto the toilet bottom. He said it would be $250 per toilet to replace two bolts, or $200 each if we did all three toilets at the same time. We thought that was a lot of money to replace two bolts so we didn't do it.

Description of Work: charged me a great deal even with discount coupon for one minutes work and then acted snotty about it. all he did was tighten a nut and could have just charged me for a service call and deducted the discount.

Description of Work: THEY REPLACED TWO TOILETS. One of the new toilets input valve went bad within a couple of months. When I called them back out to fix it they said it wasn't under warrenty because my water pressure was too high. The brand new toilets valves did not last half as long as a new replacement valve from Home Depot. They use very sub-standard parts.

Description of Work: They arrived on time and fixed the problem in record time. This was their second visit to our home. Both times they were quick, professional, only charged for actual work done, and in one case did a small freebie. They also recommended the appropriate company for a larger job they don't handle. I just love them. They are great. "A lone reed in the sea of commerce."

Plumbers were so expensive these days and it cost almost $100 just to get them out here but that was his charge for coming out and replacing our water pressure valve. He was very affordable and he showed up every time we have called him. He never had to come back to fix a problem that he had fixed before.

+ -1 moreKen's has done work for us in the past and did a good job so we hired them for this. This was a major job and we were impressed with the fact they did not destroy the whole place doing it. The work took three days and they left the interior as clean as when they arrived. We have no doubt we will end up hiring them in the future.
Description of Work: Ken's Plumbing Incorporated replaced all the old main plumbing pipes with PVC piping.

+ -1 moreI started using this company a few years ago. Sometimes I call them to set up a date for the maintenance check, and other times they call me to remind me. The worker who comes by inspects everything thoroughly to make sure that they are working in perfect condition. They charge me a reasonable amount for the service. The people who talk on the phone are also very nice and polite too.
Description of Work: He does a maintenance check on plumbing, the hot water tank, and heat pump once a year.

They are very professional. It was a little pricey but it was kind of a bigger job. I would call this company again.

This job was done just as well, and the entire kitchen was cleaned up after the job was completed. The new sink should last the remainder of the house's life.
