I have been in the property management industry for 15 years, and this has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company-and that's saying ALOT! My bad experience does not come from the cleaners. They are great. It is Tammy Shaw. She is rude, unprofessional and racist. A year ago, I struggled getting Tammy to understand that her company had to be in compliance with our vendor payment portal for payments to be released. Tammy was a nightmare to work with. She had no clue what she was doing! After having to threaten to discontinue using their services, someone else took over my account and got everything straightened out. Fast forward to a year later-same compliance issue. I have been calling Tammy weekly for about two months now and saying that she is incompetent is an understatement. She speaks to me like I am a child and has blatantly accused me several times of being the problem. This is not how you treat your customers! I would like a call from ANYONE above her as soon as possible.
