Description of Work: We wanted to replace an old plastic light with one that would pas HOA requirements. Phil gave us 5 designs that fit the neighborhood and the HOA picked one. Phil oversaw the installation and his electrician found a fire hazard two previous electricians missed

 + -1 moreWe started working with Phil when we were building our home. He worked with us to find unique lighting fixtures for our spaces. Many of these are old french pieces that his team refurbished and rewired. Others were custom built based upon old french designs. Pricing was very reasonable compared to ready made lighting we looked at - and the quality is much better! If you are looking for a unique piece for your home, you need to talk to Phil. They also carry a variety of lamps/shades/finials/bulbs. I always walk out with a great piece.
