Not satisfied at all, will not use again

She worked one hour less than promised and was out the door. Company felt I should tip her and they haven’t refunded the hour she did not work! I EPECT TO GET HOURS I HAVE CONTRACTED FOR or REFUNDED Difference

The person was late, when she drove up I told her she was late and a few minutes later she drove off

I was given a name and phone number and was in contact with her. I was to call her Sunday night (8/2) to set up an appointment today (8/3) and never got an answer. I left my name and number and haven't heard from her. Her name given to me is Melissa Yoder in Seneca, SC. and the phone number I have for Melissa is 864-710-8862. What should I do now? It didn't go. They never showed up and didn't call. I sat around waiting.

She did an amazing job. I usually do this myself, and she did a much better job then I have ever done. I will have her come monthly to help maintain this new standard..

This was 2 of the most frustrating situations I have ever encountered. I made 2 appointments with this company, 11/8/2019 and 11/12/2019, and the "pro" was scheduled to be at my house at 2 p.m. EST on 11/8/2019. I waited for an hour and did not hear from her, tried to get in touch with her, and she finally called me and told me she was running behind and would be here in 20 minutes (someone was going to pick her up and bring her to my house. Did she not have her own car?). She never did show up, and finally, after much back and forth, it was decided that my appointment was rescheduled for 11/12/2019 at 2 p.m. EST, and they had also put $10 on my account to put toward my future cleaning. Again, "Pro" did not show up or call me on 11/12/2019. After 15 minutes of waiting, I tried to get in touch with someone to find out what was going on. I communicated via e-mail on my account. I also found the company in Greenville, SC, and called that number. I explained the situation to the person, and she transferred me to a phone that instructed me to leave a message. I immediately called back and told her that I wanted to speak to a person. She informed me that the best way to communicate with someone was through the e-mail on my account. I told her that is what I had been doing. I told her that I wanted to cancel my account with them and wanted my money back, and she informed me that she only scheduled appointments. I continuously tried to communicate with someone via my account e-mail as instructed, and I only received a response when I demanded my money back. After several back and forth e-mails, I thought I was through with them, and then I got an e-mail stating that my next cleaning would be December 8, 2019. I told them that I did not want to deal with their company any more. Of course, they were very apologetic and wanted me to give them a second chance, but I told them that I work at home on the computer on production, and the 2 times that I spent trying to contact someone greatly interrupted with my work, and I did not feel comfortable or have confidence in their company any more. They did refund my money, but it did not include the $10 they put on my account. I was really disappointed as to how they handled their business. It shouldn't have gotten this complicated. I can't imagine my telling someone that I would be there at a certain time and not show up or even call them. This proved to me that my time was not important to them, and they had no respect for me as a customer. Also, you should be able to actually talk to a person and not rely on e-mail as your only way to communicate, and to this date, I have yet to speak to an actual person to find out exactly what did happen. Again, this was a horrible 2 days. I told them that I sincerely hoped that their company learned from these experiences and address this with their employees and possibly consider changing their company policy.

The Cleaner was very Professional and was early for the appointment. Which I find punctuation to be a huge plus. She cleaned the floors on her hands and knees which I loved!! She did everything I asked her to do with no problems at all. Very respectful. The only real issues I had were that she used a shop vac verses a regular vacuum. Then in the bathroom she missed behind the faucets which I notice first off, I'm a huge clean freak in the bathroom & the kitchen. Overall, She did a nice job I think if she came back we could get into a groove and things would work themselves out. I would like to speak with someone from Handy to see what the pricing would be for my house to get cleaned on a bi-weekly basis.

JUST GOT A LIGHT DUTY CLEANING, NO SCRUBBING PERFORMED. I TALKED TO SOMEONE AND EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE, BUT THE YOUNG LADY CAME INTO MY APARTMENT WITH NOTHING BUT LIGHT DUTY TOOLS. NO BUCKET OR MOP OR SCRUB BRUSH,,,..,

Great! Megan was super, she did exactly what was expected.

Megan just wanted to be done ASAP. will not use service again. No one called to discuss or apologize. Very poor customer service. Not everything can be done via email text etc. Lack of personal attention cost you a customer. Will not recommend to friends or neighbors.

The initial cleaning went well. I had an introductory rate. Unfortunately, the minimum routine cleaning is for 3 hours and my place is small. I don't routinely need that much cleaning so I am continuing to look for a service that will do 2 hours once a month.

company canceled three time in one week because of no-shows. Will not deal with this company again for cleaning service.

Vickie was great! She was punctual, professional, friendly and informative. She used some effective cleaning products which cleaned well and smelled good too. My place has not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time and she cleaned with a smile on her face and a positive attitude. I would certainly have her clean my place again- Thanks, Vickie!

They are choosing the right people to do the work. I've had very negative experiences with local companies but this young man met every expectation I had. Everything about the experience was positive.
