I hired Gregory because my former provider (Spencer Pest) tried to talk me into a different type of termite control which I did not want and they wouldn't renew my existing contract. I got many estimates and Gregory, though not the cheapest, was reasonable. They were very thorough and showed me where it was obvious treatment had never been done. The day the gentlemen came to do the work was quite hot, yet he worked many hours non-stop until the job was complete. He drilled numerous holes in the concrete in the garage, front stoop and crawl space. I can't say enough about how hard that man worked. I did have a problem this year during the annual inspection. When I pointed out an area I thought had termite damage, the inspector said it was rot. I contacted Gregory and they sent out a supervisor who agreed with me that it was in fact termite damage. Since I had already replaced the wood, they re-treated that area as well as some others.

We asked them to come out because we were having problems with black widow spiders. When they came out, they were very crabby about it. They price is a little high, and you can tell that their employees aren't all pleased. They were okay to work with for the first couple of years, but then everything started to go downhill with using the right quality or quantity of products.

They stood behind their work. What they thought would work the first didn't, and at no additional charge they came out and fixed it.

I felt bad because the guy was so nice but he was pushed so hard to get out here. He checked for spiders and everything and did such a great job. He was so nice.

I do like this company. They are very nice and informative on how to protect my home. They always show up on time and sometimes I don't even know when they are here. They do that good of a job.

Gregory Termite and Pest Control are very reputable and dependable. They show up on time and get their business quickly once they are here. So far I have no complaints.

Their service was good, and they were fairly professional. They arrive in a timely manner on a regular basis, although their pricing is a little expensive. I will continue using them as we do not have any problems with bugs since they have been coming out.

The guy that came out to do the pest control work was very nice. He was in and out and it took about thirty minutes for him to do; after that there was no problems with pests. We did receive a phone call from him just for a check up to see if we did have any problems or he missed any areas. He had respect for my home; we knew what was going on. The appointment was also convenient for us.

I haven't seen any bugs since. They show up on time and they are easy to work with. They are pretty good; I like them. They were professional and nice. The price was good; it was reasonable in my opinion.

They come quarterly and I have been using them for a couple of years. They would come out anytime if I call them. I haven't had any problems with bugs. The same man comes every time and he is very friendly and efficient. He comes in and gets the job done; they pay $25 for a referral fee.

He walked around the house and acted like he was spraying, which he wasn't because we were watching him from the window. We called the receptionist, and they had an attitude with us, which we didn't appreciate. We wouldn't recommend them to anyone, ever.

They sent the same guy to our home for years and they treated my home every 5-10 years for $1400. They used a great product and we have never had any termite problems. They had a good service department.

I like the fact that Gregory s always sends out the same gentleman for every visit. I have nothing bad to say about him at all. He is very observant and is good for bringing things to my attention. For instance, he found a bat once and was able to kill it and spray the area to prevent more from coming. He did not even charge me anything extra for it.

They are an excellent company to do business with. They are punctual, courteous and efficient. They are always on time and do an efficient job. They also clean up after they are finished. The price is reasonable and the workers are always polite and considerate.

I did have a problem a long time ago with termites. To avoid that same situation from arising, I now rely on Gregory s to check things out from time to time. They are pretty reasonable with their prices so I think it is a good investment to have. They have never missed an appointment nor tried to scam me in to buying something I did not need.

I feel that they provide a good service. It is a little high in price but I guess I think they are worth it. They mostly spray outside of our house to protect us from bugs. I am happy with their service. The guys are always friendly. They are a professional company. I would recommend them to my friends.
