They are right on the minute for your schedule while also being very courteous. I have worked with them for years and it has been great. They actually call you to make sure they work within your schedule.

Request for service was answered immediately and in-home evaluation scheduled for next day. Very friendly and professional technician arrived in uniform. Inspected entire house from attic to basement for evidence of bat infestation. Did not find any bats still in the home. Located areas through which bats may have entered basement. Gave option of performing work himself for additional charge or letting me do it myself. Since all that needed to be done was sealing some holes and gaps with sealant, I chose the latter. Have not had any further problems.

I have been pleased with them and will use them again in the future.

If we have any problem they come right back out, and typically don't have any problem, but if I have ever seen anything they will come out right away and they are fast with their service. They are very easy to get a hold of. Their products work well, and they have explained it. They are very cautious and we have had little ones, but they are older now, and when they were going around they were very careful enough to make sure that it was very safe.

The serviceman, Josh Wickes, came to my house to analyze the situation. He went into the attic and checked the outside. He came back in a few days to take another look and gave me an estimate. He returned a few days later to install the one way exit. I was not home at the time, so he used his ladder to get on the deck and roof behind the house. He said he would return about a week or so later to determine if the bats had left. He did and they had so he sealed the opening and removed the exits. Josh seemed very knowledgeable and professional.

If I see anything after they spray, they come back and take care of it. The quality of their work is excellent. They're responsive and punctual.

For the termite control they charge $300 a year, and for their visits it's $67.50. I have never compared the price to others, but I guess it's fine, the termite control is working, and their friendliness and professionalism are high.

They are good. Very friendly and do a good job. They are timely and will call you before the appointment and show up on time.

I had Gregory Pest come out for the following reasons, and I would highly recommend their services. 1) I have a few woodpecker holes in the wood on the front of my house and I had heard very soft scratching sounds in the wall near the holes.2) I heard something chewing on wood in the crawl space, and3) I had caught 3 mice in my kitchen over the last few months.Combined with the fact that my house makes a LOT of settling noises, especially in the attic area, I needed a service to check out my attic and my crawl space to make sure I did not have any pests. Gus checked out the attic first. He said it was a very tight attic with all the vent screens looking intact, and he did not see any signs of pests at all. He offered to add a pull string to my attic door, as the old one had broken. I gave him something from my garage to use and he did that. Next asked me to show him where I heard the chewing noise and then he went in the crawl space. He checked it all out down there and found nothing. I showed him where the water drains from under the crawl after it rains and we looked at and talked about that problem while we were walking around the house to look for other problems. He said all my crawl space vents were working properly. He used some chicken wire from my garden supplies to plug the holes in the wood on the front of the house so that birds would not try to use the space to build their nests. Gus was a genuinely nice person and went the extra mile (attic door pull string, discussing water drainage from under the crawl, and plugging the bird holes in the front of the house). The only slight ding I had to reluctantly give this review was due to the fact that he was about 15 minutes late and I had to call Gregory to make sure that he was still coming when that probably should have been a courtesy call from Gregory or the serviceman himself. He told me that he had to get gas, so I understand that, but I had recently been stiffed by a service company 3 times in a row, so I am a little sensitive to this issue.

They are very happy to work with me in regards to when I am available for them to come out. They are prompt and professional. I will continue to use them.

If you see a problem in between, they'll come out for no charge. They're pretty reasonably priced.

They do a really good job. I had another company and I wasn't happy with them so I went with this company a year ago and I'm very happy. They do a good, thorough job and my grass looks better than it used to.

I have a tenant that is really scared of insects and worms. After a big recent rainstorm, a couple earthworms got into the house, so it was not good. I already had a 1-year $324 contract with Gregory, so they come out for free when we call. This was the first time they came out to this rental home. The tech treated the outside of the home, but better than that he put my tenant at ease that the worms were just because of the rain.

Their guarantee on termite and pest inspection is all-inclusive. They are prompt and courteous. Their value and rate is very high in my regard because they take care of everything. They come and tell me only if there is a problem.

I'm not sure about their price because my wife usually handles our bills. They've got a very good reputation not only with Angie's List but also surveys from local people in the area in conjunction with the newspaper.

I am not a termite expert, but I have always been happy with their service. They are professional and courteous. Their responsiveness is really good; they are easy to get a hold of, and they always come out. They always kind of give me an input when the humidity level is down in the crawlspace. It is $100 a year for the renewal; I don't know how much the treatment originally was because it was a long time ago. I don't have much basis for price comparison, but I guess they could always be cheaper. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They were fine except when it was time to renew their prices were outrageous. So we decided not to use them. I will not use them again in the future unless their prices come down.

Over all, I was pleased. The people were friendly. When I first called, ants were all over our dining room wall/picture window (15 ft. high). They told me I would have to wait for the tech who services our area to come the next day at 4pm. I made a second call when I got creeped out that the ant 'scouts' were coming further into the house. The women who took my call was sympathetic. She checked again to see if another tech was available that night. No luck. But, the ants mostly left that night and returned the next afternoon. Apparently, the techs do not normally spray on a roof, but that was where the colony was coming from. (Pressure washing a few days earlier apparently washed away the ants food supply). Anyway, he did what he needed to do. The ants returned the next day again. I called to report this, and they told me it could happen up to a week. It's been a little past that now, and no more ants!

They do a very good job. Down here everyone moves slowly, but this company is very prompt.

They do a good job. We are on a program with them and they come out like every four months. They get rid of whatever my pest problem is. I think it is $75 every four months. I would continue to use them in the future.

I have used them before and never had any problems with them. We just stopped using them and I looked on Angie's List to see who would be the best and the actually came up well rated. They treat my house quarterly and I will use them again in the future.

I noticed a huge infestation of ants on Monday the 18th of July. I called Gregory because of their ratings here on Angie's List. I told Lindsay on the phone that we had an ant problem and we have a 3 year old and a 9 month old daughter who was just starting to crawl. She advised that mike could come out the next day at 11 AM. Mike was prompt and sprayed the interior and exterior with chemicals to prevent the ant infestation. That evening after I returned home from work, no more ants. I inspected the interior and exterior and we had not a single live ant that I could find. I walked the perimeter this evening again and there are tons of dead bugs but nothing alive. I appreciate the promptness and professionalism of Mike and everyone at Gregory. I would not hesitate to use them on future properties and also recommend them to friends and family.

Great company! I had called around to get estimates and, unlike some other companies, Gregory's was able to give me an estimate over the phone as to the approximate cost of the application. They also said a rep would come out, for free, view the property, and give an estimate in person. Because of that initial phone conversation, I agreed to have a rep come to the house and give a more accurate quote on the job. The rep was great! He came on time, viewed the property and gave me the same price as what was estimated over the phone. He emailed me a contract and even updated the contract with specifics upon my request. The termite application was applied and will last for 10 years. Very professional company. Great to work with. I would highly recommend!!

It was quick and his price was fair as he had stated. He will come back in a year. We chose them because we wanted any treatment that was done to be pet friendly. The other companies that we contacted didn’t respond to us properly. They came out and did the work. We have no complaints. It was a little bit noisy because they were drilling. They cleaned up after themselves. He came on time.

They did an okay job. They had to come back because we still had bugs, but now the weathers cold and everything's gone. The price was not much more than when I spray the house myself. They were punctual, professional and knowledgeable. They did a really good job and I'd tell others to give them a try.
