GREENVILLE PEST CONTROL

Description of Work: Sprayed the perimeter of the house inside and out to create a barrier for any pests that may want to winter in the house

Description of Work: Treated outside perimeter of my home and crawl space of my home. I don't do inside due to pets.

Description of Work: When we purchased our house we were not aware of any problems, but as extra insurance we decided to have a termite treatment for piece of mind. We now are set for the next 10 years and it's transferable should we decide to sell. Company was recommended by the realtor that sold us the house.

Description of Work: Daniel Redding is the owner of the business. He is a full time fireman for the Greenville Fire Department and uses fire fighters in his business whenever he can to help them support their families. Daniel (Greenville Pest Control) was the company I chose to inspect the home I was planning on purchasing in July 2012. He was through and competent in his inspection and found flaws in the previous Pest Control companys chemical application which he reported to me and my realtor. The issue found was that the pest control contractor (Pest-Tec) had drilled holes into only four of the concrete supports in the crawl space - the first four that could be observed by opening the crawl space door and looking in - without actually going into the crawl space. In other words - it LOOKED like Pest-Tec had done the job until it was inspected by Greenville Pest Control. Based on this discovery - I cancelled the annual contract with Pest-Tec (who refused to come back to the property and do the termite protection correctly) and now use Greenville Pest Control. Then, after several hard rains, the crawl space had an accumulation of water and Greenville Pest Control came to the rescue by evaluating the wood work for mold - installing French drains around the inside foundation walls of my crawl space and a sump pump to pump out any accumulation of water. They also covered the whole ground area under my crawl space with heavy plastic sheeting to provide a vapor barrier.

Description of Work: They spray the inside and the perimeter of the house for insects. Although we don t have termites, they do termite inspections as well. They come every 90 days.
