Greene Flooring, LLC. is an established flooring solutions company that provides flooring sales & installation services for the upstate SC, northeastern GA and western NC area. We purchase large quantities of top quality Appalachian oak hardwood directly from mills in Virginia and Tennessee in order to provide our clients with incredible pricing for their hardwood flooring needs. We are licensed, bonded and insured and have many years of quality installation experience. We are a family owned and operated business and we also have a design professional on staff to aid you in your flooring design choice. We offer complimentary estimates and detailed itemized pricing, so you can compare your savings between us and our competitors. Our work spans from numerous custom builder clients, various flooring retail outlets, light commercial projects, and homeowner clients. From Southern Living builder of the year, Dillard-Jones Builders to homeowners in some of the Upstate's premier communities, we know how to make homes look incredible, and we have numerous references and photos to back our reputation. In addition to this, our residential experience includes homes ranging anywhere from 700 to 8,000 sq.ft. Our custom builder clients include Schultz Carolina Custom Homes, Tapio Custom Builders and several others. Our light commercial experience includes professional office spaces, assisted living facilities, salons and several other retail outlets. We recently completed work on a 28 unit independent living facility in Asheville, NC, The Village at Deerfield Park and are constantly performing numerous upstate, SC flooring remodel projects. In addition to this, we also recently finished three unique commercial office space projects and completed work on a gorgeous 5,000sq.ft custom home in Cleveland, SC and a 7,000sqft.+ home in Easley, SC. In the few months, we completed the second custom home in the Cliffs new development at High Carolina that features beautiful 5 inch Brazilian cherry hardwood. It went well at first, we thought everything would go smoothly after we hired them. We just found them online and had them over for an estimate that went well. Everything was ok until I came home to find empty beer cans and Mr. Greene doing what appeared to be cocaine on my kitchen counter. He scrambled to hide the drugs but I had already seen them. I was appaled, and asked him to clean up and leave immediately. He began to give me a sob story about his marriage, but I couldn't believe what I just came home to. We have video footage of this exchange from our home security system and I would never recommend a company that would do something so illegal and daring in another person's home, how unprofessional. He took himself outside and another gentleman finished up the job while apologizing over and over for "Mr. Greene's" actions. I told him please just hurry and finish, luckily they were almost done when I found this out and it took him about 25 minutes to finish and get out of our home. I can't believe this company is allowed to operate, I considered calling the police on them but I didn't want them to mess up the remaining portion of what they had left so I paid them and let them leave. The floor ended up being warped and is coming loose in the master bedroom, so I ended up having a true professional come over and touch it up. You shouldn't be required to hire 2 different companies to do the same work but there was no way I was calling Greene flooring ever again.
