Description of Work: I could visably see water marks on my ceiling inside the house. Called and asked if they would come out to check the roof for leaks. He came out and checked the roof. Stated only 1 area needed to be sealed around a pvc pipe and no other leaks found. Explained thoroughly how to fix the discoloration on the ceiling inside. Very personable & honest. Great experience!

Description of Work: Called and spoke with a lady answering Gilstrap's phone three (3) different times. We left our name and phone number each time we spoke to her and each time requested a return call. We needed someone to come to our home for a roof repair estimate. It has now been 12 days and we still have not received a call back from them. Very unprofessional way to run a business!!!

Five year workmanship warranty on all roof replacements. No warranty available on repairs/maintenance.
