needed a fix for a problem on the install. they came quickly.

The men was great and they did a great job. I would have do another job for me if needed. I paided after job was copleated.

Gutter Guards was priced fair, time efficient, & did a great job on our gutter installation.

We recently called Gutter Guards of Greenville to get an estimate for installing new gutters and downspouts. The Company sent Project Consultant John Michie to our home. John not only arrived on time, but after checking our gutters he determined they were in good shape, only needing alignment and a few minor repairs. We had just got an estimate for replacement a couple of days before. The other contractors told us we needed to replace everything! Thanks John for your honest recommendations and putting us in touch with the right people to get repairs done. John demonstrated superb customer service. Instead of making a sale, he chose to be an honest and ethical person saving us a lot of money. John Michie is a prime example for others to see and follow. Jim Sexton Inman, SC

Gave 3 stars for the following reasons. I Had gutters installed and had some issues w/ work not done right initially of sealing leaks and securing downspouts to posts and had to tell the installers they didn’t do ALL the work they were supposed to do which they then did. They didn’t seem to know EVERYTHING they were supposed to do. I shouldn’t have to tell them what to do.. they should have a work order with what was paid for. They did secure downspouts but While securing the downspouts, they climb on my recent freshly painted white railings to secure the downspouts instead of using a ladder and left sneaker marks all over the railing. Also, as part of installing gutters, they power blowout the shingle sand and they left the residue all over my porch, deck and deck furniture and I had to wash it all off. When I called to express my discontent, it took several days for someone to return my call when I was told someone would contact me that day before close of business. I eventually did speak with person who assigns the work and he did send another crew to fix the leaking gutters, however, the person who assigns the workers assured me he would be at my home when the leaks were being fixed to make sure everything was being done correctly but he never showed and never called to see if everything was done to my satisfaction and never followed up to see if leaks were fixed. When I first realized the gutters were leaking, I tried to call the salesperson who sold the gutters but got crickets…why would he, he already got his commission from the sale. The feeling I was left with was once they get your money… you are no longer important or top priority. The work was eventually completed and so far leaks seem to be fixed but the feeling I was left with was that they will make you feel like a valued customer during the sales pitch and until they get paid, but after, you’re no longer top priority. I will not use gutter guard again nor will I recommend them to any of my neighbors, friends or work colleagues. Things happen…. yes, but your customer should never feel as if once the sale is made…you lose your importance.

Good sales experience with Jason. He was friendly and helpful and patient. Installer William was very professional and thorough. His crew were hard workers. I recommend this company
