+ -1 moreScammed by GS subcontractor who was contracted by GS to, at no charge to me, swap a new, recently purchased defective dishwasher under Total Tech warranty. Subcontractor showed up with new water valve and claimed existing water valve was defective and demanded credit card number for $150 to swap a $5 valve before they would complete the swap. Valve install took 2min. GS is of no assistance.

+ -1 moreI had some issues with my computers and they were the ones that I bought the computers from, so I called them to have them take care of the problem. They came to my house actually to fix the problem. I had a horrible experience with the guy who came in. The guy was absolutely horrible. He hardly did nothing for me and I ended up having to go back to the store with the complaints and that is why they did not charge me for his visit. I kicked him out of my house, it was like I am sorry you are not really helping and you are making me uncomfortable. It was not a good experience. I could still have visuals of the guy; I do not remember his name. I physically just walked back into the store and told them listen this is what happened and then they said we will see what we can do to help you, but we would not charge you for that visit. It was a networking problem. My computers are networked together, so they were not connecting. The people at the store were nice. They tried to solve the problem and they were very helpful and apologetic. I would not use their home service again.
Description of Work: I used Best Buy for my computer repair and problems.

+ -1 moreThey gave me some suggestions and it didn't cost me anything. They did seem to know what they were doing and we have used them before. I did have to wait in line but that is to be expected and it wasn't excessive.

+ -1 moreThey person told me that it was going to be expensive. It would be better for me to go get a new computer. They are always very helpful. They have fixed other computer, one time it took 10 minutes to fix it. They are very good at what they do. I have always gone back to them.
