Prompt initial inspection & estimate. Good followup for any questions i had. Very good price. Was on-site to install roofing within 3 working days of contract signing. They had over 6 laborers complete the roofing job in one day. Very good cleanup after the job was done.

Exterior Specialist came to my home to repair vinyl siding and was able to quote a fair price and complete the job within one day. I had them complete extra work as well due to their professionalism. It was nice to deal with real professionals that not only repaired my vinyl siding to where I could not tell that there was previous damage, but did so with the upmost courtesy and professionalism. Th roofers inspected the damnaged part of our roof and analyzed the reason for our problem very carefully. They repaired the damage at once in a professional manner. They were a bit slower with the paper work

Wes not only found the leak but replaced the boot (rather than seal it), replaced the black paper and shingles, and sealed all nails. He could have taken the easy route but chose to do a complete job which will prevent future leaks in the foreseeable future. Very pleased with his work.

Of 3 quotes, Exterior Specialists gave best explanation of work to be done, seemed least interested in bilking insurance, AND gave the lowest quote. Work done was fine, clean up was great (I think we found a total of 3 nails on property since the work was done), and followup was very helpful. Strongly recommend Exterior Specialists.

Great communication with Wes. The job took a little longer than expected due to workers being sick, but it still only took 2.5 days for a new roof! Workmanship looks good and they cleaned up well. Some small damage to house that they fixed (chips in paint, marks on siding).

Very pleased with their work and the price given. They were on time and very helpful with how we could stop the leak and how the repair would be done and the final look. We will be working with them in the future I am sure.
