They removed my old chimney to the roofline, then fixed the roof for $350. It hasn't rained since they finished the job yesterday so I'm not yet completely sure about the quality of their work. Since this took 2 guys less than half a day, it seems a bit pricey, but I'm not really familiar with the comparative price of such work. They piled up the old bricks neatly, as I requested, and got rid of their trash.

They gave the most detailed and professional invoice and did a great job on our roof! We were very pleased and their whole team was extremely nice.

Fast response. Knowledgeable competent representitives evauluated our roof and did the repairs needed - which turned out to be minor. Would highly recommend these folks to anyone needing work done.

I called another roofer first with 3 roofing issues. He could only fix one and stated the other two were "chimney" issues which later proved untrue. I found Exterior Specialists and their reviews through servicemagic and within 10 minutes of filling out the on-line form received a call. They came out same day at my convenience (they were ready to come immediately, but waited till I got off work). They not only could handle my known issues but also noticed one other vent needing replacement and some shingles missing. They came next day on Sat. because rain was expected that weekend. Prompt, Courteous, Reasonable and Knowledgeable.

They responded quickly and got the job done at what I consider a reasonable price. While it has not rained since they fixed the leak in the roof (so I can not tell if the leak has been fixed) they indicated they would come back if after the next rain the leak still exists.

Benjamin and his crew provided me with a fair price and were very prompt with follow up and installation. I am very happy with the outcome of the roof and would recommend Exterior Specialist to my own friends and family. Thanks guys! The roof looks great!

Did not sweep fireplace out ,(guess they didn't figure we would pull buck stove out and inspect fireplace.) when we called him said we didn't tell him to scrub fireplace out and that was their usual job; acorns and 1/2 inch of black material in corners and around stove. Not even sure they cleaned flue... Not even satisfied with their job and will never use them. Will make sure everyone Knows.

Benjamin Kashirets was excellent. He knew what he was doing and he did it quickly. He was thorough and explained everything that he did. Very polite. Have already recommended him.

Excellent experience. Found out that he does more than just replace vinyl siding sections. I will definitely use him for other projects!
