Jim Tripp and the team at Express Sunrooms did a wonderful job on my patio cover. I wanted something that would provide some shade from the sun which sets over the fence in my backyard and heats my living room and kitchen up a ton in the summer. They came out, worked with me to get HOA approval, and then did a wonderful job installing it. I was very impressed at how clean they left my backyard and at the quality of the work. I also thought the price was more than reasonable. I had other quotes that were way out there and Express Sunrooms worked with me to get this within my budget and were honest and upfront with me the entire way. Highly highly recommend this team!
Description of Work: Installed an aluminum patio cover over my patio and ran electrical to install a fan for me.

Great company that showed professional throughout the entire process: phone calls answered messages returned, arrival times of materials were given as well as arrival of the team that installed my screened porch. The paperwork for my HOA was completed and approved on first request the installation crew was courteous to all they spoke with and left the area clean each day.
Description of Work: I had a screened porch put on an existing concrete patio area.
